Great location, nice room.

Clean and comfortable - could walk everywhere easily. Breakfast very good.

No price option for a lighter breakfast. If not particularly hungry breakfast expensive.

Great location within easy walking distance of sights. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable modern rooms. We booked a standard double but were upgraded to fabulous apartment as hotel was quiet

Cost of breakfast

Staff friendly and helpful. Late eve check in and reception desk still open. Loft room with fabulous views over the city. Huge bathroom with corner bath, shower gel and hand wash, water bottles in the room all provided, as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Free wifi too. Very close to the city centre and river a short 10-15 min walk. Totally recommend staying here.

Pidgeons woke us up early outside the window as we were in the loft but would not stop me staying here again.

Staff were very friendly, polite and couldn't do more to help. Location is great for centre of Gdansk and hotel was clean, modern and perfect for our needs.

May have been unlucky but lot of noise during night from guests in corridor.

We stayed in room 204 in march 2013, maybe just in this room was cold ( we asked for suplimentary heating ) and just above the bed there is a window and the wind is right on your head.

the location is close to the center but among some flat houses, which may be not too comfort when you return from the city center to the hotel

- twin and not double bed, even after initial request and room change - very low Wi-Fi coverage, impossible to use

This is a truly superb boutique hotel - elegant, cosy, well located for the historic centre, spotlessly clean, attractively priced... . I was entirely happy with my stay, no complaints at all. When in Gdańsk I will pick this one again.

Location and style of rooms

Very friendly helpful staff.

Room on first night was far too noisy as we were on the road side, loud trucks offloading at neighbouring building site very early in the morning. No problem for staff to change our room.

Lovely big rooms, excellent breakfast, great service, handy location, although unusual, once you have your bearings, very good location. Very obliging staff, would certainly return

It was a bit noisy in the morning

The age of the hotel.

The decor is of brick and wood which means all sound echoes throughout the building. Even people trying to be quiet will make a lot of noise walking.

The rooms were nice. It was also nice of the staff at the hotel to arrange for us a conference-table in the restaurant after breakfast hours were finished. Being only five persons the conference room were too big. The staff was service minded.

The person staying in the room for disabled had some trouble with noice from the elevator, flood from the bathroom and a key that did not connect the light switch.

Very friendly, helpful and multi-lingual staff. Beatifully decorated and modern rooms, lobby and facilities. Convenient location to most amenities and great value considering the location.

Lack of communal space, for example the bar was rather small and didn't offer grate value for money but that isn't a major problem as there are numerous bars/restaurants close by.
