- Very friendly support staff - design - shops - balcony & huge windows - shower & bathroom

- Thin door between my and the neighboring studio - Polish only text over the switches - couldn't make the sockets work - too low airco temp limit - overcrowded breakfast place (I couldn't have breakfast there because there was no free table)

Space Apartment for the price of a hotel.

Cleanliness

Curtains in bedroom of cheap quality,sunlight beams into your eyes at 5am and single duvet on a double bed.Not a good experience .

We liked the view and the modern feel of the apartment. The undercover car park facility was brilliant and the proximity to restaurants and a general store was wonderful. Despite some issues, we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The television didn't work, as the unit hadn't been 'tuned' in yet. We also couldn't get the DVD player to work. The main issue though was our inability to adjust the temperature in the apartment. Even though we turned the temperatures down on the key pads, the room maintained an overly warm and stuffy temperature.

Apartment was nice - bright, clean, modern. Intersting lightning and sound system. Nice bathroom.

Staff spoke only Polish. Reservation said - call 1 hour before, but phone was on voice mail, tried to contact at least 2 hours, then called booking.com and they managed to reach them and I got a call back. After call and arrival waited for 40minutes to get a key, because there is only one guy who runs from apartment to apartment to gives keys. No reception is there. Would be nice to get a decent table in apartment - so You are actually able to eat there. Not enough cuttlery.

The room had really fancy lightning and bathroom but there was no bed in my apartment, just a sofa. Really terrible choice of priorities by the owner.

A wonderful apartment, very comfortable.

Great Location , Beautiful Apartment , all typical 5 star facilities are available at the Hilton Hotel which it is attached to. Could not fault it in any way. Have stayed at this location many times before, and am sure I will stay many times again.

The Casino, and shop on the groundfloor

Platinum Towers is ok, but don't book through Autobudget Apartments. No reception, you have to call to get the key. There was no toilet paper, we had to go and buy it. We booked a room for 4 people, but there was only one dubble bed and one sofa-bed that was broken. We only got one extra bed, since the sofa-bed was broken, because they did not have any more. And this extra bed was very uncomfortable. So we ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Also they made 2 transactions on my account not telling me what it is. When we where there we could contact a person and he told us that he will look it up but never got back to us. After leaving I have still not managed to get hold of this person and I still don't know what they charged me for. And it's is about 95 Euro so it's not a small amount.

Shower drain blocked and not repaired despite requesting manager's assistance.

All excellent, all the benefits of a hotel , but with the privacy of an apartment. Highly recommended.

Very large apartment! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..... Good location and modern

The room is GREAT! fully equiped and you cannot ask for more. Good location, near Hilton Hotel, View from the window is very nice.

NO RECEPTION! There are 6 companies having appartments in this building and only one( Platinum Residence) have a reception. Means: No wake Up call, nobody will order a Taxi for you, change towels and etc... In my my appartment there was no toilet paper - I discovered it only when I had to use it - means too late )))) and I had nobody to ask to bring it to me afterwards ...NO SERVICE.

Secure parking, good location.

There was no facilities to hang the washing. We asked for it and were told that the building rules didn't allow for clothing on the balcony. A folding one in the bathroom would do the job. We also had to ask for a couple of chairs to go with the tiny table. Definitely not good enough for threee people. Not very confortable sofa-bed. Didn't appreciate the fact that I was charged the whole price at the moment of booking. I understand that it was a no-refund option, but to be charged three months before use is a bit rich.

Excellent. Good value for money, very close to city center (walking distance), excellent parking facilities.

- Getting an invoice after the stay is a difficult task which can consume more than a week - Getting a hold of the staff member who transfers the key is difficult when no contact telephone number is provided - The bed room in my apartment could not be darkened (no curtain in there)

Good apartments. Very good equipped (microwave oven, dishwasher machine).

When we came to the apartments, we had to wait about 1 hour to get the key, because the phone number, which we get in confirmation e-mail, was out of network (there is no any reception or something in this "hotel"). Further, we also couldn't get connection with stuff (we wanted use a swimming pool, which was announced in the apartment description, but we didn't get answer on our question about location of swimming pool). Epic fail for the stuff, I think.

It was not possible to contact any person, who could explain situation or reply for question. I was given a some contact phone number,however it didn't answer on my calling in during my stay at the hotel. So I find a situation as not good,if there is not a reception in hotel.

Standard in appartments, key system.

Missing equipment in appartments - towels, dishes. There were enough for 2 persons, but not for 4 in two of the apartments.

Because is a very good possibility and nice place.
