Large comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly bar, lovely gardens and a sociable cat! Communication was sometimes tricky (despite us knowing a little Polish). Some staff were really efficient; others rather uncommunicative. As an example: breakfast on Saturday was not from the usual buffet, so it was difficult to know whether it would appear. It did - and it was good, but it all caused some confusion. We never expect everyone to speak good English, but we do expect them to try to communicate. The hotel's location is a bit intimidating for travellers without a car. The road to the town has no real footpaths and the traffic is heavy at times.

Very kind staff who took the trouble to change our room for easier access to restaurant for my husband who is partially disabled. They were keen to offer help and information. The food in the hotel was excellent, a very good choice at breakfast. Good location if using the motorway to Krakow or Wroclaw. Not very clearly signed when coming from motorway.

прекрасный отеь,чисто,просторные комнаты,совремное оформление в американском стиле,красивый ковролин на полу,для путешествующих людей просто изумительно,и особеное спасибо за прекрасно оформленый сад с водопадом ,который оставил романтический след в сердце! жалко что мы приехали после 12 ночии ресторан уже не работал;но заврак был очень хороший

Super hôtel, super confort, classieux, l’environnement pas top mais nous pensons qu'ils vont construire d'autres dépendances, en effet il y a l’hôtel avec le restau et 2 autres "hôtels" séparés du 1er, un 3 étoile pour le prix de 2.

Habitación enorme, nuevo, buen baño, agua mineral, café y té en la habitación gratis. Ropa de cama y toallas nuevas. Conexión a internet por cable, parking gratis. Difícil de encontrar. Hay que ir con gps y coche. Tiene un jardín donde se puede desayunar aunque piquen los mósquitos. El desayuno buffet es abundante pero no es bueno.
