Residence Trzy Korony (Three Crowns) is a complex of three apartment buildings beautifully situated in the elegant seaside district of Świnoujście. The buildings were designed as a closed, monitored area, surrounded by a quiet terrace and green lawns.

Inside each building is an underground car park and a modern lift. Each apartment is newly completed and fully equipped, offering convenience, freedom and independence. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace, a private bathroom and a kitchenette.

The apartments are less than 100 metres from Świnoujście’s wide, sandy beach. The nearby Zdrojowy Park is a beautiful, serene spot for relaxation.

Apartments are now available in the Korona Piastów apartment building, which is a part of the Trzy Korony complex. This building was completed in July 2005 and is furnished and equipped as an exclusive hotel. Its style and architecture mirrors that of other buildings in the old and elegant seaside district of Świnoujście.

The price of the apartment includes a set of bed linen, towels and a final cleaning of the apartment (after the whole period of the guest’s stay).

The whole building is wheelchair accessible. There is also a lift, enabling disabled guests to reach the hotel’s terrace and gardens of to reach the building’s basement and underground car park.

Food & beverage

The apartments are all self-catering and each one is equipped with a kitchenette. There are also a number of local restaurants and cafes nearby, along the seaside promenade.

In the apartments designated for couples there are double beds.

Apartments for 4 people are also available. These include one or two rooms, with one double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The two-storey apartment for 4 people has an inside staircase, a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room downstairs.

Area information

The complex is about 2 km from the border between the German and Polish sides of Uznam Island. Both sides of the island offer great hiking trails and cycling paths.

Świnoujście beach (0.1 km) – Świnoujście’s beautiful, wide, sandy beach is just a short walk from the hotel.

Zdrojowy Park (0.2 km) – This beautiful, serene park is ideal for relaxing walks.

Travel information

By Air:
The nearest airport is Szczecin-Goleniów Solidarność Airport.
By prior arrangement, the hotel can organise transfers from the airport for an additional charge of EUR 65 for up to 5 people. Airport transfers should be booked at the time of reservation.

By Train:
The hotel is approximately one km from Świnoujście train station. After leaving the train station, take the ferry to the centre of Świnoujście. The ferry is free and runs every 20 minutes (except late at night). Once on the other side of the canal, turn right towards the bus stop. Turn left and after about 150 metres turn right into Chrobrego Street. At the end of the street, about 900 meters away, is the apartment complex. Alternatively, you could take a taxi from the ferry port and there is a taxi rank nearby.

By Car (from Berlin):
- Take the ‪A111‬ towards ‪Hamburg.
- Follow the ‪A111‬ for 13.66 km.
- At the Kreuz Oranienburg crossing, turn off the ‪A111‬ onto ‪the A10‬ towards ‪Prenzlau‬, Frankfurt (Oder‬) A10‬.
- Follow the ‪A10‬ for 28.07 km.
- At Schwanebeck junction, turn into ‪the A11‬ towards ‪Prenzlau‬, ‪ Stettin (Szczecin)‬ A11‬, ‪ Bernau-Süd‬.
- Follow the ‪A11 for 110.13 km
- Leave Germany and cross the border into Poland.
- Leave the ‪A11‬ and exit on to the ‪A6‬.
- Follow the A6 for 13.72 km.
- Enter Szczecin.
- Follow the A6 for 7.91 km.
- Exit the A6 on to the E28/6.
- Follow the E28/6 for 142 m.
- Leave Szczecin.
- Exit the E28/6 on to the E65/3.
- Follow the E65/3 for 12.17 km.
- Continue on the E65/3 for 77.38 km.
- Enter Świnoujście.
- At the roundabout, continue straight across, along Pomorska Street to the ferry.
- The ferry is free and runs every 20 minutes (except late at night).
- After you leave the ferry, go along Karsiborska Street for 7 km until you reach Grunwaldzka Street.
- Turn right into Grunwaldzka Street.
- At the first traffic lights, turn left into 11 Listopada Street towards the seaside district.
- Continue on into Moniuszki Street.
- At the end of Moniuszki Street, turn right into Słowackiego Street.
- Follow Słowackiego Street, until you reach Chrobrego Street.
- Turn left into Chrobrego Street.
- Follow his street for about 900m to the end, and then turn left into Uzdrowiskowa Street.
- The office for the apartment complex is situated on the corner of Chrobrego Street and Uzdrowiskowa Street in the building of Trzy Korony Korona Piastów at 11 Uzdrowiskowa Street.
