We liked the ambience, parking, staff and cleanliness. The staffs were really worked out of the way to satisfy us. Me and my wife prefering to say in a place which is not a typical hotel. this place was right in the middle of residence area, as we were feeling really home. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful.Very clean and comfortable rooms.Excellent breakfast plenty of choice Not quite as close to market square as expexted. Would have liked coffee facilities in the rooms. |

Each room had a safe, free of charge, this I was very pleased with,it took the entering and leaving of the hotel seriously as well.(electronic security gate at the entrance to the hotel.) No satellite tv (sky sports etc) |

The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was very nice and could speak english really well. The beds were a little hard and it was about 650m / 7min walk to the closest bus stop. |

The hotel is brand new. Nice location, free secured private parking, nice rooms, everything is new (August 2009). Furniture has very sharp edges, not safe for small children. Breakfast service could be, like everywhere in Poland, a bit better. |

Excellent value for money. Nice continental breakfast buffet with no extra charges, everything was fresh and there was plenty of it. Very stylish room with a big bathroom, internet for free was also a good thing. The friendly receptionist arranged for a taxi to the historic city centre for me, it took me about five minutes to get there. I guess it would be within walking distance on a nice sunny afternoon. Couldn't try the sauna for the lack of time, but it was nice to know I could have. In general I would definitely recommend. |

Rooms are nice and comfortable and breakfast was very good. It is way too far from the city center and from all the tourist attractions. My advise for other tourists visiting Cracow is to choose another hotel, one close to the market square. |

Hotel nuevo, muy límpio y con una decoración muy cuidada y elegante. Zona muy tranquila, pero un poco alejada del centro. Buffet variado. Parking privado. Un defecto, como en un gran número de hoteles, no tiene persianas y las cortinas dejan pasar la luz del sol muy temprano. |
