Price, good location near airport

Good, new design, good look. This is a place where I will return if I will be in Poland. We got 2 seperate rooms - one for adults + child and other for other 2 childs - SUPER!!!

Small problems to find hotel due to road works, but finally staff help us!!!

Every thing was almost perfect even that we spent twice only for a few nights hours (for flights reason). Nice hotel, nice rooms, quite, good staff and good price.

Since we checked in late in the evening for our second stay, the credit card left for order garanty has been charged before our arrival. We had to argue with the reception staff (very kind all this time) in order to cancell the credit card charge and allows to each one of the group to pay for his room (5 rooms together).

Awful breakfast, does not worth 20 Zloty. It's better choice to go for a breakfast to McDonald's on the opposite side of the street.

Clean, brand new room, nice tv. It was close to the airport (about 20 zl)...

It was less personal... Nice, new room, but grey walls... Staff was ok, but nothing special... No public transportation, you need a taxi to the airport, or you have to walk 40 minutes...

Everything ! well located tram stop right outside the door choice of 2 trams right into the centre of town made its location perfect just 5 mins from the airport in a taxi which only costs about 6 euro. tip buy a 3 day bus/tram/metro ticket only cost 30 zlotys about 7 euro 25 bargain Also the breakfast was substantial for 22 zlotys all you can eat continental

I like the passionate and concern shown by hotel stuff for instance reception section and cleaners. I also like its location it is close to all type of transport so its easy to go to don-town.

I didn't like the way payment section what they did to me, I inform them before by speaking to them on phone and even writing them about flight schedule changes, instead of arriving on 25/03/13 and stay there up to 31/03/13, I got a flight from 24- 30/03/13. In your reply to me on saturday march 16 from Mr. Pawel Szot he told me that, they have agreed to make changes without any additional cost, but the day after I receive an email on 17/03 from the front desk (Per Natalia) informing me about new cost from 894 to 1013, despite the fact that I did not stay there on 31/03/13. This was not fair I think but if iam wrong forgive me.

We booked this hotel urgently when we got stuck in Warsaw for a night. Therefore, we did not have enough time to read reviews about it and so on. However, the hotel really exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfy, satellite tv with some international channels, clean bathroom.

The hotel is way too far from the city center. Luckily there is a tramway stop next to the hotel. The soup in the bathroom was finished and it would be nice to have something like a coffee machine in the room.

New building. Very clean. Good location. Friendly staff, speaks different languages. Safe parking. Good price.

No restaurant or bar. WIFI connection is not very good. No hair dryer and electric kettle in the room.

Can not change the money. So I asked the staff to call a taxi which can pay by credit card for us. And the another staff told us that the exchange is very near and show us the way. But it's near 30 mintures walk...in the cold winter!!!

I liked the staff and design, also morning buffet was lovely.

I didn't like that there was no option to use the computer. There was a WIFI but my phone was faulty on that time and I really needed to use the internet. Secondly it would be nice to have complimentary water or apple etc on the welcome table, welcome message as well would be lovely.
