The hotel was in the Old Jewish Quarter which is the up-and-coming area of Krakow although don't expect Paris chic, more Polish down to earth. But not any the worse for it ! I couldn't fault the hotel or the staff...both were excellent ! |

Everything was very good. An improvement they need to look at regards the breakfast, which should be more varied. |

We thought the location in the Jewish Quarter overlooking Plac Nowy was fantastic with eateries and bars of all descriptions. It was a good spot for accessing other areas and for us a fifteen minute amble to the Central Square. The continental breakfast served in the adjoining French cafe was very good. |

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The interior was tastefully decorated, simple yet homey. Our room wasn't cleaned once and we had only two small towels that served as both bath & hand towels. So on the 2nd day we were using wet dirty towels...yuck. |

I enjoyed many craft arts in hotel (in my room, too). Breakfast was nice at a cafe. There are so many nice cafes around this hotel, still good access to city central. Sometimes I did not have enough hot water in the bathroom. I asked about it to receptionists, but they couldn't solve the problem and I had only cold shower for a couple days. If you need a quite accommodation, this hotel may be a bit noisy until midnight due to its location...trendy area. |

Good location in centre of Kazimierez yet less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Krakow. A comfortable & clean room. Close to many bars and good eateries. We have stayed here a few times now. |

Very happening location not far from old town. Few yards down number 10 tram will take you to station. All very walkable. Rooms clean, breakfast cheese, ham, baps, bread, cake, juice and coffee. Fresh and plenty of it. Noisy at the front with taxis, car alarms etc. |

Only one medium size towel per passenger. Cleaning and making the bed occasionally not on a daily. Noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning. If you need more toilet paper you can ask at the reception, according with their rules". Is not a four star B&B or hotel. |

Lovely clean room with lots of character. Breakfast was very good with bread, cheese, ham and great coffee. Good location as the Old Town Square was about a mile away, but there were lots of good laid back bars and restaurants nearby (and some smarter more expensive ones too). |

The location, in the middle of the jewish quarter 5 min away from the old town of Crakow.Breakfast till 12 in the same building and the staff was very helpfull.highly recommended. We had a room at the front and it was noisy on a saturday evening, but if you live in a city it would not border you.The b/b is afterall at the marketsquare. |

Excellent location in the centre of the Jewish Quarter in Krakow. Three adults shared a room and we were given an apartment with kitchen etc. Breakfast is served in the hotel's bar - there was no choice. We were provided with a typical Polish breakfast which was sufficient but we would have like a few options |

I booked a room for two persons, but at the end we stayed in an attic flat! It was very spacious and clean. People hanging on on the market square in front of the hotel caused some noise during the night. |

very clean, good decoration, included proper breakfast, friendly and good staff, just a bit too far from city centre (30 min walk) but you can have a tram and it's very cheap compared to other countries in Europe. |

The perfect hotel for a short city visit. The room was newly decorated with a good shower and fresh appearance. Overlooked the back courtyard, so no noise during the night. Breakfast was excellent - better than many (more expensive) hotels I've stoppped at oin business. |

The large breakfast was unexpected (I was expecting a "small tomato sandwich" based on some of the online reviews). Great staff. Distance to train station - difficult to find and get to during nights. Quite noisy on 1st floor if windows are open. |

The location is picturesque, a short walk to the Old Town and near lots of good restaurants. The room is comfortable although not large. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast provided is ample. There is no regular cleaning service nor clean towels provided unless you ask for them. |

There was a warm welcome on arrival, the room had good facilities and was spotlessly clean. The helpful staff were able to speak good English, (useful if like me, you don't speak Polish), there was a good breakfast included in the price, all in all, excellent value for money. A very minor point to note, is that if you get any choice, ask for a room at the back of the hotel, as the square in front of the hotel can be a little noisy until quite late on summer evenings. |
