I liked how payment is at check-out rather than check-in. The breakfast was good quality and had many food choices.

We liked that we could bring our dog. Very comfortable hotel, with smiling and efficient staff.

It was a very nice location, close to the park and the Belvedere but at a reasonable price

Some of the internal decorations looked a bit cheap and breakfast was not great

Spacy room, good location, standard service you need for 1 night during business trip when you come to the hotel to sleep and leave

Matrace was already old and not very confortable. Same with windows - i had a room giving to a main trafic route and windows were letting pass the noise to the room.

Obsluga bardzo przyjazna i profesjonalna. Lokacja wspaniala. Bede rekomendowal wszystkim znajomym i wkrotce wroce.

Clean and relatively good value.

A little further from the centre than I thought. We used a lot of taxis.

It was my second staying at this hotel. We booked a double room and this time it was realy spacious with pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts suits 3* hotel (there is no wide range of food, but at least it's fresh). I would also like to note responsive and friendly staff, who is always ready to help you with all questions. The location of hotel is amazing too. It's a little bit far from the Warsaw centre, but it's a green zone with 2 parks nearby, with fresh air and calmness.

Low water pressure. For those who has long hair (as I) it'll be a problem to wash it.

Hotel staff and quality of the restaurant

The hotel is located near wonderfu lpark zones and it's really pleasant to walk from hotel to the city centre. The staff is very responsive and the rooms are rather clean.

Low water pressure. Also there is no air conditioning in a room so we were forced to keep the window opened and it was a little bit noisy even at night.

Huge room, friendly & helpful staff on reception. Free wifi.

Decor is a bit dated, the breakfast was eastern european style which personally I don't like.

Problem with the computer so my room was upgraded without any extra fees.

There was only one bin int he bathroom for a studio room and not tissue. I had to use toilet paper...

Hotel zdecydowanie dla niewymagających gości. Nie dłużej niż na 1-2 noce.

Czysto, cicho, dobre śniadanie

Wejście. Nieczynne drzwi obrotowe i niejasno wskazane wejście bocznymi drzwiami.

Pokój bez zarzutu, czysto I sporo miejsca, do zestaw do zrobienia kawki I herbaty bardzo się przydał.

Brak zastrzeżeń.

Dobra lokalizacja (zarówno biznesowo, jak spacerowo), czystość, przestronny pokój.

W środku wygląd z początku lat 90, ale najważniejsze, że czysto, łazienka ok i cicho.

Małe ciśnienie wody w prysznicu ;-)
