Our room was quite spacious. New large bathroom - great shower with really hot water. Balcony with some view of castle. Very quiet. Room was clean and breakfast was very good - a lot of variety. |

Huge room (a studio) and good breakfast No view from front of hotel, and didn't get the requested balcony. Take your own kettle and supplies. |

staff is very friendly and helpfull. breakfast is fine. the place is calm and cosy. one towel per guest, not enough. no hair dryer in the room. tea pot in the room would be very helpful taking into account that bar does not work regularly. |

Easy access by own car. Short walk to the old town. Very clean hotel inside. Friendly staff. In the rooms there could be a minibar. |

The hotel was very clean and it was obvious that it had recently been refurbished. Staff were most friendly and helpful. Breakfast was most aduquate and well presented. The Hotel location in relation to the old City Centre was quite convenient. |

Gem of a hotel in quiet location with helpful staff and wonderful breakfasts. We had a large, comfortable studio room - excellent. the hotel could benefit from a small lounge if possible. |

I especially appreciated the friendly attitude of everyone working at the Benefis. I found the staff to be welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay, nothing was a problem and smiles were plentiful. The room was very comfortable and my booking request was granted which made the checking in additionally enjoyable. |

Good location, twenty minutes walk to the old center. The hotel is new, very clean, the room is cleaned every day and is very warm. You would also love the bed sheets and the shower. Great value for money.Really good price for great comfort. not too many parking spots in the private parking of the hotel, so make sure you request one if needed, prior to arrival. i guess in summer time the room will be equiped with a refrigerator. |

Hotel qualitat /preu excelent, esmorzar , buffet, ccomplert. Hotel nou en perfectes condicions. Si es ha de dir alguna cosa negativa, es que esta a 15 minuts, caminant, del centre. Pero si vols agafar un taxi, per menys de 5 euros et deixa al Stare Miasto. |

Чисто, уютно, довольно большой номер и большая ванная. Все выглядит свежим, опрятным. Хороший дизайн. Завтрак очень разнообразный и вкусный. В номере желательно иметь холодильник. |
