only the price This big hotel was nearly empty, in the outskirts, industrial part of Krakow, far away from the historical centre, the room very dusty and hot, no good temperature regulation, the water in the bathroom cold in the morning, no real hot water, .. |

the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Anything we needed was dealt with straight away and done with a smile .The food in the restaurant was very excellent and I would reccomend people to try it. |

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel facilities were very clean, the rooms spacious. The breakfast selection could be improved with some more Western selections such as jams, breads etc. |

Hotel jsme vybrali kvůli vzdálenosti k aquaparku a proto, že má bazén. Očekávání bylo splněno. Poměrně "chudá" snídaně na 4 * hotel, nicméně vzhledem k ceně, kterou jsme zaplatili, přiměřená. |

Hotel jest ladne, najbardziej mi sie podoba lobby. Personel jest mily. Nie bylo nic w minibaru i nie bylo menu z room service w pokoju. Bylem do baru o 23h30 ale juz byl zamkniety. I maly wybor na sniadanie. |

Het personeel was vriendelijk en sprak perfect engels, toen we aankwamen was de kamer erg warm, probleem werd direct opgelost.Prima verblijf gehad! |

Personalul este foarte amabil, hotelul modern si curat. Camerele mari si aerisite. Sistemul de incalzire nu cred ca functiona, a fost cam frig. Am descoperit ca daca opream incalzirea de la panoul de comanda era chiar mai cald. Mancarea de la restaurantul hotelului scumpa si meniu sarac; a trebuit sa mancam in alta parte. |

Hotel pachnie nowością . Po około 5 min oczekiwania przy recepcji , sam musiałem ruszyć na poszukiwania personelu hotelu. Cena nieco za wysoka biorąc pod uwagę porę roku i kryzys ekonomiczny. |

Ogólnie przyjemny pokój . Śniadanie- na talerzach troszkę pusto , okazało się iż trzeba jedzenie zamówić u pani z obsługi , nawet niezłe ale sam fakt.Trochę nietypowe. |
