Breakfast was good and plentiful, delivered to the room. The sheets/beds were dirty and the floor was dirty and completely worn-out. The floor was difficult to walk on without shoes on. It is ok to be a budget hotel but I felt as though the hotel was billed as a nice hotel with a bargain price vs. strickly a budget hotel. |

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to city centre and walking distance to the station. Staff were very helpful tour tickets were accidently thrown out during room cleaning and they were replaced straight away. Frosted glass door to rooms a problem when guests arrive late at night and forget to turn off the light and when staff arrive early in the morning. The reception desk is shared with a dentist and you can see people sitting in the dentist's chair on a moniter and you can hear the drill. Limited choice for breakfast but it is delivered to your room |

The apartment was a very cozy and the staff very friendly. The value for the money was also incredible. The ceilings were low in part of the room, but that was easily dealt with. |

Near to City centre, big rooms with easy access 24 hours a day. Plenty for breakfast which was brought to the room. Rooms could do with a lick of paint, wardrobe and a few more pictures on the wall! |

Clean rooms in a central location with plenty of hot water and heating. The rooms were not where the reception was so the card with the address was no good for the taxi drivers.I was told with my booking that the price includes breakfast but there was not any.The keys appeared to have been re-cut so many times that they were very difficult to use. |

excellent value for money and friendly staff who made a short visit to Krakow extremly enjoyable. The room was quite basic and the breakfast would be better if it was ahot one as the weather was quite cold at the time of our visit in October. |

Cheap and clean but very basic, good location and friendly and helpful staff, I liked the fact that we booked all trips from our apartment and were picked up and dropped off at the Bluebells apartments. Very bad smell in our bathroom. |

The refurbished rooms were clean. Bathrooms were good. Breakfast was punctual. Reception was always helpful and spoke good English. No advance notice was given to guests about the ongoing refurbishments; we arrived at a time when workmen were repainting the walls. Dust was being cleaned away as we arrived. We did not mind, but it gave the initial impression that the work could be noisy and our stay inconvenient (but it wasn't). The Attic room was too warm. The TV reception could be improved - many channels suffered from interference. |

"I made a reservation, through our company as I have done on a number of occasions. We booked the bluebell appts in Krakow, Poland. I arrived back home this evening, and I am so annoyed. I feel I have to inform you of this accomodation. We only stayed there one night, and could not stay a moment longer. I left the next day at 6am to find alternative accomodation. The so called apartments do not look anything like the photos on there website. The room I had was just unbelievable, there was five beds in this one room, not one of the beds had any bed linen. There was just a cover and when you pulled this back there was a duvet and a pillow with NO bed linen on them. There was an old table with a kettle, my wardrobe was four hooks on the wall |

We changed to the other apartment which is near to city center for some reason. It's bigger & quieter. Staffs are nice, breakfast is good. Good location & price! We share a kitchen, it's a little bit crowded(if we use kitchen at the same time). |

Great central location. Rooms were basic, but clean - no complaints, for the price at all. Not really - it met expectations. |

The location, quiet location. Modern look to the apartment, Comfortable bed. We were moved to Siesta and I only found out because I emailed a few days before we arrived. The Siesta apartment, although more modern, was just one room it had no amenities, no kitchen and nowhere to wash up or sit and eat... yet you still charged the same price as if we would have stayed in Bluebells. This was unfair and we felt it was a little bit deceptive. |

Excellent location, really friendly staff and because it's a converted City centre appartment block you instantly got the feel of being in Kracow. Don't expect a standard hotel room, expect quirky Polish nostalgia. |
