I like the price for the service i got. The room and bath was nice too. I liked the design in the room where I had breakfast. Spacy and bright with morning sun. I liked the excellent morning breakfast with organaic jam and, very good coffee (capuccino) and fresh bread and freshly squized juice. Very friendly people are working there including the owner. |

The very helpful staff; the personable owner; the amazing photographs of local people in the kitchen/breakfast area; the pride taken in restoring a bombed out building - preserving history and moving on with the present; the fact that the B&B is also a very real centre of support for music and culture, hosting Chopin recitals in their small salon and planning for the 2010 Chopin anniversary while we were there (we got to breakfast with a Professor of Music one morning who graciously offered to play a beautiful piece for us that he wrote - these are magical moments when you travel); the attention to healthy, fresh food at the breakfast table; clean, spacious character rooms; the central location to everything! Be prepared for very hard beds but this was consistent everywhere we stayed. |

The hotel staff was very, very friendly! I had a cold and the hotel staff did everything posible to help me to recover that I actually never imagined to ask for. The room is small but it had fresh flowers and a basket of apples :) It is nice to have a living room in the middle of the hotel where one can have coffee or tea any time and chat with other guests. It is a bit difficult to find the hotel in the house where it is located. |

Very friendly. Good atmosphere. Easy to access to the town centre. I enjoyed Chopin piano concert held at the hall and breakfast at a big dining table with other guests. It is slightly difficult to find the place as there is no big sign I expected. But not a big problem. |

Family atmosphere, good facilities, splendid breakfast. Staff helpful. Access to Internet provided though I did not use it. No sign on the outer door of the building or on the door of the flat inside the building. Easy to think one was at the wrong place. |

Highly overpriced, and does not m,atch the other city hotel prices. We left the place and moved to the marriott for cheaper price in a corner suite and a room for our daughter. Greedy price for what the hotel is |

The staff was wonderful. Excellent english and extrenely helpful on every front. Although there was constuction going on, the last day I was there I saw they created a chopin sitting room w a grand piano. Please write at least 15 word The room was very small. And the price seemed high for the small room. |

Big room, old furniture and the whole style of the hotel. Very little noise coming from street and no air condition. Finally, the excellent breakfest with original selection of "home like made" meats, etc... |

This hotel was utterly charming and the staff was interesting and helpful. They really offer limited Internet access, but otherwise, everything was better than advertised. I would be happy living in the suite they put us in! Beautifully decorated in a Jugend Stil (Art Noveau) style. |

Staff friendly & helpful, breakfast was very good. Hotel located close to centre of Warszawa & good neighbourhood. Last day we arranged for hotel to book a cab to the airport at 3.00pm.It was quite late,Pawel (staff)came down to check on us at 3.15, as we were still waiting. He promptly went back upstairs to inquire on cab &how long it would be, he came to update us and stayed till cab arrived. The bed was very very uncomfortable |

The room was very nice. The breakfast also. It is in a perfect position. The staff is really nice, and everything decorated with a beautiful touch of style and personal touch. I loved this hotel and will come back. The transfer service to/from airport is more costly than a taxi. The bathtub had a whirlpool function, but only made noice - did not create movement in the water! Perhaps too old. |

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean & nicely decorated. Breakfasts were delicious and having a laptop available included in the hotel room price was very convenient. Bathrooms were a nice size with a heated floor. Location of the B&B was great and easy access to transportation & shopping. We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint was that the mattress could use replacing. It was okay for me, however my husband has a bad back and it was a bit lumpy. But otherwise a pleasant, comfortable stay. |
