pleasant staff,clean and comfortable room,central location and first rate parking facilities. a wedding party was booked in on the friday night ,they were very noisy into the early hours.i think you should inform potential guests before they book. |

Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed At check-out a higher amount was charged then booked for. This was resolved quickly however, but is something to be warry of. |

flexibility of staff (I was allowed to meet my business partners at the night club during the day; so we have had very private discussion at no extra cost) There is an internet access fror the hotel room. I have learned about it accidentally at the end of my stay. No one made this information available to me at the beginning of my stay. Polish-language information on Branicki's web site says that "the internet is available in all general access places". It should say "in all rooms". |

Nice big room, clean. Breakfast very nice. The restaurant was closed at the time and the dinner was rerved at the night club. The service was very slow. The hotel charced much more for the night than on the confirmation. ( 20%). |

Beautiful hotel, although geared for business with conference/meeting facilites, it is well located for tourism as well. The evening service at the hotel's restaurant is not only the best in Bialystok but the best encounterd after 4 weeks' travelling around Poland. (Hint: save room for the dessert!) The rest of the street looks a bit seedy in comparison to the hotel but over time this will improve as it is only two blocks from the main square. Breakfast was good, but after the experience of the restaurant the previous night we were expecting greater things. |

Nice staff, elegant hotel in a quiet but central area. Good restaurant, and comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay! A little difficult to find by car. Not the hotel's fault. |

Pięknie urządzony i bardzo charakterystyczny pokój + balkon. Sauna, którą trzeba rezerwować i jeżeli nie zrobi się tego w porę, to nie jest dostępna. Stosunkowo głośna winda - słychać ją w pokojach blisko szybu. |

Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый помочь во всех возникших вопросах. Очень хороший и разнообразный завтрак. было очень странно увидеть в 4* отеле простыни с заплатками. Может это новая мода? В данном случае - извиняюсь. Но все действительно блистело от чистоты. |

sehr freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter,gute Küche. Sehr laute Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel! Zufahrt sehr schwierig! Kein Preisnachlass wg der Störung-Lärm-Schmutz.Daher die schlechte Bewertung des Preis-Leistungs-Verh. zur dieser Zeit. Wenn ich das gewußt hätte, hätte ich, zu dieser Zeit, dieses Hotel nicht ausgesucht. Später -ja. |

Sehr ansprechende Ausstattung, Hotelzimmer sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig, freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption (selbst bei Abreise früh um 5.20 Uhr hat alles geklappt, samt super Lunchpaketen), gutes Restaurant mit ansprechender Küche und exzellentem Frühstück. Gut! |
