The hotel is excellent in itself. Good comfortable beds, although 2 singles put together. Location excellent.

Staff at breakfast didn't care that we had no place to sit, not enough tables for people to sit, staff watched guests have arguments about who was first to get a free table, the staff simply ignored the situation and walked away. The food came out and within 1 minute it was all gone. So we had to make do with just boiled eggs and cheese for breakfast. This experience simply ruined the whole stay for me and as a returning guest I was so disappointed. I will be staying at a different hotel next time.

Lack of heating, no insolation and strange setup with only one socket that kept going for our extra heater

Nice location, very close to city center, but in direct neighbourhood of the Wisla river. Good breakfast, modern but 'feel-good' rooms. Internet is free of charge.

Parking is paid, but as just 100m from central square, no surprise.

I strongly recommend everyone

Located within easy reach of the beautiful old town and the river. Interesting architecture at the hotel. Delicious breakfast.

We can't lock the bathroom door in the room

Really modern hotel with tech touches in rooms for lights control. Beautuful river view and just 5 minutes walking from the center of old city. Nice internal bar where you can have a nice Irish Coffee with lots of kindness. Breakfast international inside the resturant with possibility of having it outside when temperature let you do it.

It's not possible to have complete dark in room as bathroom windows have no dark curtain and beautiful opace glass door let light pass through.

The hotel is with in easy reach of the town centre,a 5 minute walk. It is a very modern hotel with a good restaurant. Both breakfast and evening meals are to a high standard.

The staff would say what they had to say no more no less. It was as if they had been told to speak only when spoken to. But to be fair we found this where ever we went It is also more a conference hotel but this did not stop us enjoying it and out of the 3 hotels we have used in Torun it is by far the best. Yes we would use it again..

Excellent location, nice design and comfortable

Beautiful, well-appointed and large rooms full of light. The hotel is ideally located for visiting the old town of Torun and for boat trips on the Wisla River. Great views of old town and river from most windows. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The very, very white lobby.The walls are white, the floor is white, the furniture is white. It looks cold and is not a comfortable place to be.

hotel was in a great location just 2 minutes walk from the main square, room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, staff were very helpful and polite and breakfast was really good with a great variety to choose from.

pillows were very small, could have done with an extra one!!

The location. The facilities in the rooms were very nice. Parking.

The hotel caterers to tour groups, Not great in the morning when you are leaving.

I think this hotel is a perfect one for evrything.Everybody will have a lot of comfortable spaces and times.

It is really a nice modern building, with very good service.

During my stay the aircondition was not operating well. May be it was to hot outside (33°c).

After staying at a few not-so-comfortable hotels, Hotel Bulwar was a dream! The room was big for a European hotel, the bathroom was stylish and modern, and all the staff were lovely. It was great to have both a lobby bar and beer garden right on site, though the hotel is also located so ridiculously close to the Old Town, it was no drama to head out either. All in all, we were very glad we'd decided to stay here!!

The grill that they set up in the beer garden is a bit pricey (though still quite cheap if you're from a Euro/pound/AU$ country).

Central location, very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, relaxing. Great spa treatments.

Lokalizacja hotelu znakomita. Udane połączenie starego z nowym. Restauracja w ciemnej tonacji ale nam się podobała. Bardzo nam smakowały śniadania. Jedzenie ładnie podane, spory wybór ciepłych dań co bardzo lubimy.

W naszym pokoju drzwi kabiny prysznicowej otwierały się do wewnątrz. Bardzo trudno było się z niej wydostać. Dla starszej osoby to pułapka. Zasłony brudne i zakurzone a gwiazdki i to aż cztery powinny zobowiązywać. Przy większej liczbie gości bufet powinien być uzupełniany na bieżąco. Zwlekanie to tylko pozorna oszczędność. Warto o tym pamiętać bo za przysłowiową miedzą wyrósł silny konkurent.
