Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

The Hotel is set in a beautiful location,on the banks of the Vistula river, as I do not speak Polish the staff were more than helpful when I needed information.In the restaurant your "Breakfast Bar" was very impresive and attention to detail on your dinning tables is excellent. The Bedrooms were very comfortable and quite spacious,good air-con and lighting. Poor lighting in the bedroom hallways, the stairway steps need more definition,sometimes hard to see.I think your reception area and bar need a bit of colour, Wall pictures or maybe some brass or copper wall fittings would give a warmer feel to the area.,also an english news station on your TV would be nice.,some sort of mirror in the bedroom for makeup would be nice. |

The food served in the evening was one of the best we had during our 12 days stay in Poland. Exellent, including service. Highly appreciated.Our room was super ,nicely designed and overlooking the river I missed the Spa facilities and a Swimmingpool |

The hotel was very close to Torun Old Town - directly behind the "leaning tower". Some rooms have a beautiful view of the Vistula River. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and attractively presented. There were not enough electrical plugs in the bathroom to accomodate such items as curling and straightening irons. The electrical plugs in the room itself were not convenient to working on your hair with a mirror. Some of the guests found the electronic lighting and thermostat to be difficult to use. |

Staff was nice and tried to be helpful however they were understaffed so not very able to assist. Hotel is very new, extremely well done remodel of an old military base. Great building, unique. As it was new not everything was up to code, electrical - many lights not working or even installed correctly, hvac - no air conditioning yet, no jacuzzi or health area - would expect it would be awhile before complete. Hotel looks as if it ran out of money and now needs to open to acquire the necessary funds in the future to complete all the work. |

Clean hotel well located your site allowed me to book a smoking room when the hotel is completeley non-smoking. That ssaid the ashtray is outside the front door so you are confronted by all the smokers on entry |

The room was wonderful, the bed comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff attentive. The walls were much thinner than I expected. I was talking on a cell phone in my room and disturbed my neighbors during the night. I felt terrible about it but noticed the next morning that I could hear every movement outside my door as well as my neighbors shower. |

It is a beautifully designed hotel marrying old gothic elements with superb international design. The hotel lobby and the rooms are worthy of any design magazine. The food at breakfast and lunch is fabulous-- five star hotel quality. Bring your own computer as they have no public use computer but the helpful staff looked up anything we needed and printed it out. |

Clean and comfortable conditions. Efficient and helpful staff. Perfect location for tourist activities. The high-tech controls for lighting in the room were absurdly complicated and annoying. Annoying canned 70s music is piped through the pulbic areas constantly and made dining unpleasant. |

The design of the hotel was outstanding: old building adapted to a modern hotel while preserving its unique atmosphere; very nice staff at the reception desk and restaurant poor choice of cereals for the breakfast and generally surprisingly poor buffet in the morning as one could expect for the hotel of this class |

The hotel is a refurbished old building very well redesigned and furnished Excellent interior design in particular bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The spa was not working as it opens in May 2009. Room was spacious with nice furniture. Breakfast had a moderate. The hotel is recently open and the staff seems to be fresh. Waiter during breakfast looked bored and there were times that there was no staff in the restaurant room. The room lacked laundry bags and bath robes. There was very few space in the closet and no place to place suitcase. There was no vanity kit and enought shampoo and soap in the bathroom. |

Nicely designed rooms and a good breakfast. The air con did not work and the windows are locked shut. You have to ask for someone to open these so there was some fresh air in the room. Limited english TV channels. |
