Excellent location, close to the city center. Easy access to the main roads. There was no parking available at the hotel. There is no possibility to reserve one.

the rooms are huge but basic,small baths,really comfortable bed which was great.the staff are ok however had to ask twice for extra pillows as they didnt bring them at first.it was our fourth time in krakow,but wouldnt stay in campanile again.we had breakfast on first morning it was awful,but there are plenty of restaurants to get a good breakfast. the fact it was across the road from a music school,very noisy very eariy

The location and the rate is hard to beat. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town of Cracow. The rooms are simple but comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. Unfortunately the overal cleaniness has deteriorated since the last time we stayed at this hotel (2009). E.G. spiderweb in the bathroom, stained towels.

The hotel has a great value for the price paid. It's clean and the rooms are big ans confortable. Excellent location. Breakfast was not included and it was way overpriced. 35 PLN (9 €) is too expensive when you can have excellent breakfast anywhere else for 7 PLN (less than 2 €).

Perfect location if arriving from the airport or train as it's a few minutes from the station. It's then also right in the heart of the Old own so everything is just an amble away. Breakfast was ok & included in price A bit tacky and tired decor. Needs a revamp but then I guess it's cheaper than the revamped hotels..

it is convenient for us as we travel often to the south east of poland- it is a good place to stay with children and convenient. they were totally unprepared for our stay in terms of pre-arranged cots and children's bedding. we stayed 2 nights at the start and end of our holiday and on neither occasion had they put cots in the room...very important when travelling with small children. I had asked for confirmation weeks ago and was told this information had been passed on. also there was 2 small children in our party but only 1 high chair...this made breakfast time very difficult.

I think I liked about that hotel only location and cleanliness...unfortunately :-( The quality level of that hotel dropped down significally, we've been staying in that hotel last year and we really liked it however this year was our last itme in there...there was only one person set of towells in hotel; room looked like not furnished completelly( quite empty); only one pillow(we asked for more but they never arrived); very poor internet connection, had to use alternatives; no air conditioning in the room, when we asked have been told that it will be fixed soon but never been sorted.....Also staff attitude very ignoring and unfriendly(especially reception).....Very dissappointed in compare to last year....have complained while checking out, been offered complimentary bfast but did not have time neither will for it...Definitely will not go there next time
