Friendly staff, comfortable room, 1-English speaking tv channel, free coffee/tea with kettle, electronic key locks, elevator, 5-min walk to Old City, 10-min walk to central train station and bus station, trips/tours available from hotel, breakfast buffet selection (typical European meats/cheese, yogurt, juices, breads) Nothing- great hotel |

The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the overall deal was such good value for money that it is impossible to think of any way in which it could be have been better. |

The cleanliness of the hotel/the room which was large and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities which was excellent.The location was within 10 minute walk for everything and in a nice quiet area bordering on a park. Its was very good value for money. The breakfast was not consistant everyday. If you had breakfast late then all food was not available. |

Fantastic location for exploring the old town, also handy for being picked up by taxi for airport or trips. Beautiful place, friendly people will definitely visit krakow again. Breakfast could be better priced so we would have used the facilities, and maybe introduce a sky news channel on the tv'S. |

excellent location, right next to shops and restaurants and pubs. Heard no noise from outside, we were facing the planty and on fourth floor. Air conditioning worked and was easy to switch off if too cold. Nice clean hotel, would definitely stay here again, mostly because of price and location. not enough towels and milk sachets supplied, although I'm sure I could have asked for more. |

Central position close to old town square and main rail station - easy walking distance. Staff were very polite and helpful.Room very clean and comfortable. |

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. The fact that there was a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room was much appreciated. I also liked the fact that it is centrally located and within walking distance of the Market Square.There was nothing about the hotel that I did not like. |

Very comfortable and quiet hotel, ideally located on the fringes of the town centre. As noted by previous guests, the air conditioning was almost non-existent and could not be adjusted in guest rooms. |

Great location on the Planty and edge of Krakow Old Town. Breakfast was a pleasure sitting looking out on the Planty. Just ten minutes walk from the railway and bus station. |

I liked the good sized clean room, comfy bed and the buffet breakfast (had a large selection of hot and cold food, plus fruit). Good noise insulation between the rooms, as I heard no noise from other guests coming into the room. TV was a bit limited, expected more channels e.g. no music channels. |

The hotel was very clean. It was also very central to the square and the shops. I liked the way it looked on to the park too, which meant it was very quiet. The price we were quoted was in Euro, but when we tried to pay with Euro they asked to pay an extra 20 Euro on top of our price quoted on our booking sheet. Luckily enough we had our booking form with us or we would have been charged extra. |
