Mukava sijainti, ihan kävelymatkan päässä keskustorilta. Vieressä rauhallinen puisto, ei liikennemeluakaan. Mielestäni aihan hintansa arvoinen kokemus! Toisessa huoneistamme ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla = kuuma nukkua! |

sijainti loistava; hinta/laatusuhde kohdallaan; aamiainen sopivan monipuolinen muoviset kahvimukit huoneissa heppoiset = pienet ja kiikkerät (vedenkeitin + tee+ kahvivälineet sinänsä mukavat lisävarusteet!) |

Excellent location in old town and near station (10 mins walk). Very clean room. Very good value for money. Air conditioning thermostatic control not working in bedroom. The only control was on or off. Room was too warm, but noisy if window was left open for ventilation. However, overall this was a minor issue and in terms of value for money I would certainly recommend this hotel. |

the staff were helpfull and polite the room was clean warm , spacios and well apointed , the location of the hotel was spot on resteraunts and bars within 20 meters of the hotel and within 4 min walk to the main square , all in all a very enjoyable experiance i would recomend it to a friend ! |

the rooms were very clean and the staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful, i would definitely use this hotel again, very close to center of krakow which was a bonus. |

Clean, warm (autumn), and close to main market square and lots of restaurants, as well as 'circular park' on site of old city walls. Good sized room, adequate bathroom, lifts to all floors, and a pretty good choice in buffet breakfast. Kettle and tea/coffee in room, ironing facility on our floor. Could do with a hair dryer in the room, but nothing major. |

The hotel is very well situated, just 5 minutes walk from the main city square with many small bars close by. The price for the 3 night stay was reasonable and very good value for money. |

The extremely helpfiul staff and very convient location adjacent to the station and the centrum. The shower had a tendency to leak quite alot of water onto the bathroom floor if you wern't very careful with it. |

You said four questions but this is rather more than four. A good clean hotel with decent sized rooms but lacking any general lounges or broader facilities. Probably a fair price for central Krakow but could be on the high side breakfast was not included and pricey if you took it |

The hotel was clean, comfortable and handy for the "Stare Miasto". (Old Town). The rooms are basic but quite big and bathrooms/showers are fine. We did not take breakfast there so cannot comment on that. Even though we had booked a twin room six months previously we were initially given a room with a double bed and a folding bed! However, after complaining to staff at reception this was quickly remedied the following day. |

honesty of staff - as I left my jewellery behind and when i returned two days later it was waiting for me. All staff very friendly and helpful. we try and stay in the Campanille hotels in different countries because we know we will get good service. |

The excellent service from the staff, the ease with which we were able to come and go as we pleased and the feeling of security the hotel offered. The room was a very comfortable size, the bathroom was tidy and had everything we needed. The rates and, especially, the location were just what we were after. Only having to leave it and Krakow. |

The hotel, was in the Old Town and within walking distance of all Krakow's amenities. It was quiet at night and very comfortable. Stayed at the Wyspianski before and this represented better value. |
