Campanile Cracovie / Krakow

The location of this hotel is very good ,close to the main square and station.very clean and good value.we enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel

central point in city, easy to find, very clean, easy access to local bars restaurants, sights, good & quick lift acceses

rooms too hot!! like a sauna. only way to turn down was to take out the a/c fuse.

It was a friendly hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. It was very well placed for the old town centre of Krakow.

I stayed on a Saturday night,. The room faced onto the street and the noise level from outside was very high until about 6 in the morning. This noise was from night club revellers returning home.

The hotel was an absolute bargain for the price we paid (Approx £25 per night). It couldnt not be in a better location for all the main sights of Old Town Krakow, a mere two minutes walk from the main square. In addition, having done a bit of prior research and found how easy it is to get the train from the airport to Old Town (and much cheaper than a taxi) the hotel is approx minutes walk from the train station. A brilliant base from which to explore everything Krakow has to offer. Tea & Coffee making facilities in your room, plus satallite tv and they even left us both a free bottle of water each day. Would return without doubt.

very helpful staff, central location and warm rooms during polish winter

very big and clean room with free water, coffee and tea every morning (in the room)

very expensive parking if you are with car- there is free public parking near by

The free drink. Who drinks iced tea on what was a cold evening. Other than breakfast there was no other food.

the staff were helpfull and polite the room was clean warm , spacios and well apointed , the location of the hotel was spot on resteraunts and bars within 20 meters of the hotel and within 4 min walk to the main square , all in all a very enjoyable experiance i would recomend it to a friend !

the rooms were very clean and the staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful, i would definitely use this hotel again, very close to center of krakow which was a bonus.

excellent localization

a bit too expensive; the cofee closes after breakfast, so you can not stay for a cofee&meeting

Clean, warm (autumn), and close to main market square and lots of restaurants, as well as 'circular park' on site of old city walls. Good sized room, adequate bathroom, lifts to all floors, and a pretty good choice in buffet breakfast. Kettle and tea/coffee in room, ironing facility on our floor.

Could do with a hair dryer in the room, but nothing major.

The extremely helpfiul staff and very convient location adjacent to the station and the centrum.

The shower had a tendency to leak quite alot of water onto the bathroom floor if you wern't very careful with it.
