Отличное расположение. Всего 3-5 минут хотьбы до Рыночной площади и минут 7 до ж/д вокзала. Номер чистый и просторный. Наряду с туристами в отеле много деловых людей. Отдельное спасибо управляющему отелем - помог решить все вопросы и вообще очень обаятельный человек. Мной замечен один маленький минусик - pani на Reception. Естественно мне не хамили и в сад не посылали, но закатывать глазки, если я что-то не понимаю, не стоило))) Хотя пани на следующей смене была приятна во всех отношениях. |

Самый большой плюс этой гостиницы - наличие беспроводного доступа в интернет! За неделю поездок по Польше - это было открытие! Месторасположение - отдельный плюс. Гостиница в 5 минутах ходьбы от ж/д и автовокзала и в самом историческом центре, но и одновременно, тихое и спокойное место. Номер небольшой, уютный, но все-таки за такую цену (50 евро/ночь) можно включить и завтрак в стоимость проживания. Персонал вежливый и готовы помочь. Паркинг есть, что очень немаловажно для туристического Кракова, но мы не пользовались. На козырьке над входом в гостиницу были обнаружены 2 пары мокрых и не совсем чистых мужских трусов (есть фото, как доказательство). К чему бы это? Из других недостатков отметить больше нечего. |

Удачное расположение относительно главных достопримечательностей, 3-10 минут пешком. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал готовый помочь. Чистый и комфортный номер. В номере в наличие чайник, кофе, чай. Кондиционер. Любезно разрешили запарковать автомобиль на въезде в паркинг за бесплатно. Непросто подъехать к отелю на автомобиле из-за особенностей движения в старом городе. |

Отель был выбран в первую очередь из-за стоимости номера, но в принципе я понимаю, что он стоит дороже, чем та цена, по которой мне удалось забронировать номер - какая-то сезонная скидка. А в целом при моем невзыскательном вкусе, отель понравился удобным расположением (от вокзала близко - а сам он - в таром городе), тем что не было никаких проблем при заселении. central point in city, easy to find, very clean, easy access to local bars restaurants, sights, good & quick lift acceses rooms too hot!! like a sauna. only way to turn down was to take out the a/c fuse. |

the hotel was very central, and clean the hotel staff were not very helpful nor overly friendly. The heat in the hotel was too much, very stuffy and find it hate to breath with the warmth. Breakfast was expensive and not nice. |

It was a friendly hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. It was very well placed for the old town centre of Krakow. I stayed on a Saturday night,. The room faced onto the street and the noise level from outside was very high until about 6 in the morning. This noise was from night club revellers returning home. |

The hotel was an absolute bargain for the price we paid (Approx £25 per night). It couldnt not be in a better location for all the main sights of Old Town Krakow, a mere two minutes walk from the main square. In addition, having done a bit of prior research and found how easy it is to get the train from the airport to Old Town (and much cheaper than a taxi) the hotel is approx minutes walk from the train station. A brilliant base from which to explore everything Krakow has to offer. Tea & Coffee making facilities in your room, plus satallite tv and they even left us both a free bottle of water each day. Would return without doubt. |

Excellent location in old town and near station (10 mins walk). Very clean room. Very good value for money. Air conditioning thermostatic control not working in bedroom. The only control was on or off. Room was too warm, but noisy if window was left open for ventilation. However, overall this was a minor issue and in terms of value for money I would certainly recommend this hotel. |

the staff were helpfull and polite the room was clean warm , spacios and well apointed , the location of the hotel was spot on resteraunts and bars within 20 meters of the hotel and within 4 min walk to the main square , all in all a very enjoyable experiance i would recomend it to a friend ! |
