The location is very good. The room was very clean and nice and the possibility to make tea in the room was really nice and not usual in poland. we liked the hotel very much. |

Almost new, nice design, I would evaluate it like 3 star hotel They want us to sign on a paper with a bigger rate that the one we have ordered at. Receptionist said that breakfast was included though it wasn't so they asked us to pay extra for breakfast on check out. But after explanations they didn't charge us for the breakfast. |

its nice hotel in great localisation in hart of lodz town its brand new and it look like most of 4 star hotels!!! its great for young people and families but at the end all customers must be aware!! I am dissapointed when it comes to pay my bill receptionist try to charge me 144€ for 3 nights because of the difference between polish curency and euro.My bill was 111€ when I booked this hotel.After long conwersation with supervisor they charge me 111€.This should not happend!!! |

Good facilities (private, secured parking, nice room, free internet), the service/staff is very good. The restaurant could have a warmer atmosphere (and temperature) and a more varied menu (starters and desserts only from a buffet). Worth a stay! |

I liked it very much. The hotel was clean and comfortable with all the small details that show the personell care about the people staying at their place. Taking in mind the price of the stay it's the Best bargain ever 9 euro is quite too much for a hotel breakfast in Poland. |

Great modern and very functional design. Breakfast was also first-rate and the staff were all very helpful. I also appreciated the monitored parking. Very minor point, but there was only one English-language TV station available. |

The colour scheme of the room, bathroom very nice and practical - the lighting was very nice and modern - overall a very peasant stay. You can tell the hotel is brand new and special attention is given by the staff to detail cleaning. Overall very very pleased with the stay. I would have preferred to be able the window |
