Es un hotel nuevo, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero confortables, Para el precio que he pagado me ha dejado gratamente sorprendido. Resumiendo, no es lujoso pero es muy cnfortable y muy práctico. |

Hotel nuevo, situado muy cerca del centro y de paradas de transporte urbano. Todo correcto en la habitación, confortable y nada que envidiar a alojamientos de superior categoría. El desayuno es caro para los precios de Polonia, pero muy cerca hay centros comerciales donde se puede desayunar sin problemas. |

la localización del hotel es muy céntrica. Está al lado del mayor centro comercial de la ciudad y cerca de la calle peatonal Piotrowska, la más elegante y larga de la ciudad y de Europa. Los servicios y la comodidad son excelentes y el hotel es nuevo (apertura 2008) Nada. Lo único que no hay canales ni en español ni en inglés. Tampoco hay armarios propiamente dichos para guardar la ropa. |

Very good localisation - easy to reach and close to city attractions. Option of rooms for smokers. PArking at reasonable prices. Hotel restaurant offers very limited and not too tasty menu. I would recommend to eat there only if one has no other choice. Strange smell in corridor on my floor. Bar opens late (only at 12:30) and if one wants to have only coffee in the morning it is not possible without taking breakfast in the restaurant. |

staff can speak english,ready to help,the room was clean,the hotel is in very good location just centre of town,good parking you can't open the window when the room is hot,a/c not working properly,expensive breakfast,these 3 things have to be fixed for the hotel to be on standard |

Comfortable, stylish, clean, reasonable prices. Friendly atmosphere. Tea and coffee in room, but needs real milk for the English tea! Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast. Parking at rear. Excellent city centre base. |

Near the shopping areas of Lódz Our room was to the front of the hotel beside a main road. Traffic noise from seven in the morning until ten approx in the evening. Soundproofing not the best hotel is constructed using pod design. |

it was central for our bussiness trip we tried the resaurant on our first night, we ordered a burger meal, but the burger was very tough and chewy.it certainly was not a burger, infact we never had another meal in the restaurant. |

room interior was modern and cute but basic, the whole hotel was very clean and silent, good location, please mind road traffic all the day in the front of the hotel therefore book a taxi from the hotel a bit earlier, walking distance to shopping malls and city centre reception could not find out bookings therefore we wait for 20 minutes to check in, receptionists behaved very passive all our stay but were very polite, limited buffet breakfast and too expensive, narrow beds in twin rooms, bar closed at 23:00 hrs, no openable windows in rooms |

The room was furnished to a good standard with one of the best beds I have ever stayed in. The room was fresh and clean. Very good overall, would use the hotel again if I was in the area. Staff were helpful, what more do you need. The room cleaner accidentally took one of our towels which I never managed to get back. |

The room was very clean and the hotel was conveniently situated for our purposes. It was very good value for money for the quality of the hotel particularly given the internet price we were charged. It was particularly useful that the reception staff soke good Enlish as only one of us coulsd speak Polish. We will look at your hotels whwn w wish to have a city break in Paris. Although the facilities in the bedroom were good for the standard of the hotel. One of us had a cold and it would have been useful if there had been a box of tissues in the room. Again it may have been beneficial for us if there had been more than just one French English speaking tv channel. This however would be a personal preferance rather than a necessity. |

clean rooms, good evening buffet. It was a bit strange that we had to ask for a special "handle" to be able to open the window. Or else we could have had no air in the room, despite the (good) air conditioning. |
