Campanile Hotel Szczecin    

Things much as expected.

Not quite as modern as Campanile Wroclaw. Campanile shower design tends to get bathroom wet, and no safety bar (needed!)

the location, staff, and the comfort. only one word to sum it up "SUPERB"

Location is perfect for city visit. Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean and tidy.

The first room had some cigarette smoke coming in from the ventilation. The next room was next to the lift. The low level noise from the lift was not a problem but the wifi connection was poor while sitting at the desk. No computer in the reception for quick access, check email, etc... No gym.

Value for money, location

WiFi is very poor, even if you have a room close to the router, you won't get a proper signal! This has to be fixed!

excellent location

The location and price were very good. The staff were excellent and all spoke very good english. All requests were met quickly with no fuss. The room was very clean and well serviced throughout our stay.

We had not boooked breakfast but decided to take it on our first morning. We found it to be very dissappointing. The limited cooked selection was cold, the rolls were stale. The selection over all was poor and very over priced at 35zl/£7 per head (we had an evening meal 2 courses with drinks and coffee for 77zl for 2). we were not prepared to try an evening meal here.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the train station and bus station. It is also very close to the old town Szczecin where is some nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is very good too and plenty of fresh coffee and tea. Over all I had a nice stay here.

I liked the professional and very helpfull and friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and in a great location.

The only thing that bothered us were a bit uncomfortable pillows and the bar girl, who was unexperienced and beyond slow.

Hotel .. with avarage standard... , breakfast not included (35pln), parking an extra (25pln) , but the staff is absolutely awesome, all people on reception and Karolina from the pub, the highest world standard of services... only positive feelings...

Really poor WiFi connection. Only one lift for a six-floor hotel.

We used the hotel bar on two nights and we never got any change from the bar tender. She seemed to be called out to serve and was unhappy with having to serve the bar

Area

Staff was not friendly, made us wait to check in while the staff was talking and laughing to one of her colleagues. Room was freezing could not turn up to warm

Nice food, friendly and honest personel. Forgot my handbag in the restaurant and got it back, the personel had put it aside for me.

A little sad that we were only about 8 people to eat at a very good restaurant. The athmosphere is quiet dark in bar and restaurant.

Very friendly and helpful reception

It is very close to the city center and only 100meters to the canal. Unfortunately there was a tramway construction when I visit and it is very diffucult to reach the hotel by car. The staff was helpful. The room/bathroom was clean and convenient, but there is no wardrobe.

The breakfast was not nice and there was no wardrobe in the room. You need to pay for the parking place.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with variety of cold and hot breakfast. Hotel is located right next to the city cathedral and is close to one of the biggest and newest shopping mall. Not far from old town. Few restaurants around. Good for clubbing holiday, business, or family visiting trips. Not so sure about family holidays as there wasn't much to do for kids. In General good value for money and you can always be sure that staff will help you out!

I found restaurant been a little bit overpriced for lunch and evening meal compare to prices offered in town.

our first stay in a Campanile, Breakfast room & breakfast excellent. beds comfortable, shower very good. stayed 3 nights very pleased.

Location, the facilities, staff were all excellent. Real value for money.
