The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was very good and included a large variety of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Beds were separated and uncomfortable and very narrow. No facilities for tea/coffee in the room .No refrigerator in the room. No elevator in the hotel. |

Die zentrale Lage der Pension mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Das Personal bemühte sich....... Das angezeigte Restaurant gab es nicht; Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig (keine frischen Brötchen, dafür altes Brot); zerschlissene Teppichböden; Ab 21.00 Uhr keine Getränke mehr in der sog. Hotelbar; ab 22.00 keine Möglickeit, das "Hotel" zu verlassen, da eine Alarmanlage eingeschaltet war. Sehr seltsam. |

Das Hotel verfügt über saubere und mit Geschmack eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und damit wohnt man wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt.Das Frühstücksbuffet war für die Hotelkategorie hervorragend.Haus ist zu empfehlen. Hotelgäste dürfen nicht lärmempfindlich sein, da es in der Nähe des Bahnhofes und der Gleise liegt und die Bahn einen ziemlichen Krach verursacht. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist dieses aber zu ertragen. |

De ligging is zeer goed. De receptioniste was echt heel behulpzaam, dit was nodig want ons kind was ziek. De kamers waren wat onpersoonlijk.Duur. |

Dobre usytuowanie nie tylko w samym Kłodzku, ale też w całej Kotlinie Kłodzkiej. Świetne miejsce na wypad do wszystkich pobliskich miejscowości. Kameralny klimat. Był to nasz drugi pobyt w tym miejscu i za kazdym razem spotkala nas jakas niemiła rzecz. Za pierwszym razem poinformowano nas, ze mimo naszej rezerwacji pokoj nie jest wolny i nie interesuje właściciela, gdzie bedziemy spac tej nocy (bylismy z małym dzieckiem). Za drugim razem kazano nam zmienic stolik w restauracji, mimo że najpierw pozwolono nam tam usiąść. |
