vældig god beliggenhed i et spændende område med mange gode restauranter og attraktioner. samtidig gode offentlige transportmuligheder rundt i byen. en lille minibar / køleskab på værelset ville være rart. |

We had a beautiful and classically styled room, with king size bed and three windows looking out directly onto the Castle and square in the Old Town of Warsaw. Excellent location and a lovely hotel. The room could have done with blackout blinds/curtains. |

Friendly and very central, with the exception of the breakfast this was a great little hotel. The breakfast was awful, processed bread, cheese and ham, the tomato was real but two small slices spoilt that experience and worst of all the coffee was instant. |

The rooms are beautifully presented and clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, the location is convenient to the main tourist sights and price is excellent value for money. |

Extremely nice and helpful personnel at the hotel. The location of the hotel could not be better. The neighbor building is the Royal Castle in Warzaw's Old Town. New, fresh stylish hotel. Very clean and convenient. Silent due to three glass windows, view towards the castle. Very good communications, e.g. by bus number 175 or taxi from/to the Central station or from/to the airport. |

We loved the room - it was spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. The staff at the front desk was also extremely helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us and our son. |

Fantastic location..room and bathroom good size. Comfortable beds. Hotel has no lift and reception is on the 1st floor . Hotel reception staff are wonderful, happy and helpful.Can't comment on breakfast as we ate outside of the hotel.Tourist note: 'Warsaw in you pocket' guide book is excellent. Follow the suggested tour of old town...and do try the Polish dumplings 'Pierogi' Checking out..our stay was too short |

location is very good, and the hotel is clean the management of the hotel is at the best case CHEATING the customers! they advertise price X and you end up paying price X + 5% !!!!!! i had argument with the reception but i realised that i was wasting my time. i have been to so many hotels abroad and i never had such an experience with cheaters! AVOID AVOID AVOID.... |

I liked the novelty of the hotel with each bedroom having a unique theme. Its location is perfect for visiting the Old Town of Warsaw being just in front of the castle. Having a lift would be good but it seems not possible for the building. |
