This is a lovely hotel in a picturesque square, surrounded by great cafe's and restaurants. All transport is nearby though its an easy pleasant walk to the centre. Beautifully decorated rooms and helpful friendly staff made for a great base for our week long stay. Dont worry about the church bells, they are quite pleasant to listen to and you get used to them after a short time. I didnt mind the stairs but I can imagine elderly people would find them hard. |

Spacious rooms, the hotel staff spoke English and was generally helpful. Free Wi-Fi was also a plus Lack of parking nearby? We had to carry our luggage to the hotel manually. The hotel lobby smells of something like perfumed candles that can be irritating |

Everything, from the decoration, to the location and to the quality of the bed was completely satisfactory. The staff was very helpful and made us two completely satisfied travellers. Can't really think of anything that weren't to my liking. |

The staff at Castle Inn went out of their way to assist with theatre/concert bookings and detailed advice re old warsaw. The room was very special - good space and fun! It was hard work dragging the luggage from the airport bus terminus - aboout 500m. It was not so bad for the return trip to the airport as the bus stop in that direction is much closer! |

It was clean 4 yes 4 flights of stairs to climb and the castle bells that rang every quarter hour and every hour even at 2-3-4-5 in the morning. If you want to sleep this is not the place. |

Location, probably unbeatable. The room was extremely romantic, great decoration -- I just wished I was there with my girlfriend (I'll try to return with her). I recommend to all romantic couples. The mattress was quite good (other places in Poland I found mattresses too soft for my taste). Not a big room, but quite spacious. The staff at the reception were very friendly. Contrary to other reviewers, though it was hot I didn't hear any street noise (the room actually had a double window -- I don't mean a double glass, but an outer window and then an inner window), but the truth is I kept the window closed. The window had something like a blackout (not the most effective I've seen, but much better than in most places I've stayed in Poland). No air conditioning, which was a bit of a problem, as I was there in August and it was quite hot (but not extremely problematic). Breakfast is not included in the room price, which is actually preferable, as I found it dull and probably not worth its price (I just had it on the last morning, for convenience sake); I suggest going out to one of the many nearby cafés and esplanades. My room closet would be too small if I wasn't a solo traveler. |

Great location in the old town Beware the bells which ring every half hour all night. Rooms with a view also come with the noise! |

We loved our room. It had dramatic wall graphics featuring the statue of Chopin in Royal Lazienki Park and the bathroom was enormous. The hotel also has a great location. The breakfast cost extra and when I went to the breakfast room to check it out, it looked a bit like the mediocre breakfast we received at a hostel in Krakow. Unfortunately, they really don't have the space to offer the sumptuous breakfast buffets available in other hotels in Warsaw; however, the location and rooms are great. |
