The central location on Castle Square in the old town is of course fantastic. The busstop to go to the central railwaystation isn't far away. Great views from in the room (I think it was nr. 31, twin room) on the royal castle and the square. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They were fluent in English and knew their city very well. Too bad there was no breakfast. The hotel knew it was a problem and they were looking for a solution to work together with a restaurant nearby. There are a few possibilities for breakfast in the old town but most restaurants there open rather late and are pricey ! |

The location was excellent - right in the heart of The Old Town. The price was very reasonable. The unique, quirky room was also something memorable about the trip. Nothing for us, however some elderley people may find the stairs difficult (as there is no lift) and there was no air-conditioning in the room. |

It was very central to old town Warsaw and made is easy to walk to all points of interest. The decor, cleanliness and other appointments of the hotel were lovely. THe staff very friendly. We only stayed one night due to travel arrangements but would choose to stay there again. There is no elevator due to the age of the building and we had to drag our heavy bags upstairs as we arrived in the evening and there was only a young lady on the desk. It was also difficult to find the hotel because the sign is small and the taxi let us off a block from the hotel because cars are not allowed in the old square. |

Very unique concept with each room being different. Liked that the hotel staff allowed us to see all the available rooms first and pick which one we liked. They were very friendly, and helpful. Location with regards to "Old Town" couldn't be better - everything is within a short walking distance. Excellent bang for you buck! We will be coming back. No available option for smokers, however, this was completely understandable. |

The location is very unique, just across the Warsaw castle in the very center of Warsaw. Our room was very cozy and tastefully decorated. The staff was most helpful. We didn't notice if there was any air condition in our room. |

location, friendly staff taxi or car can not reach the hotel, no escalator, had to carry my suitcase to the 4th floor (no bell boys)!!!!! there is no warning on the web! Recommended for young people or travellers with light carry on...ONLY!!! |

Location Registration was abrupt! Should use normal routine of getting card # and check out on departure. Thus, one asks for the key, which I forgot. My res'n was withot breakfast but the young woman on arrival made an error. |
