Die Lage am See ist wirklich sehr idyllisch. Leider sehr viel! Die Angabe, mein Zimmer im Nebengebäude ist ca. 30m vom Hauptgebäude entfernt war leider sehr daneben gegriffen! Eher 300m! Die Dame im Empfang war leider auch der Englischen Sprache nicht mächtig und konnte mir kein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude organisieren

Zimmer war ok, Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Rezeption nur über eine Treppe erreichbar, mit Gepäck kein Vergnügen. Beim Checkout um 9.00 Uhr stellte ich fest, dass man meine über booking.com angegebene Kreditkarte schon vorher mit dem Zimmerpreis belastet hatte - wohlgemerkt ohne meine Erlaubnis, denn ich wollte in bar zahlen.

Wunderschön am See gelegen (Schwimmen gehen, Boot fahren), Hund war kein Problem und kostenlos, Zimmer mit Balkon mit Sicht auf den See, nettes Personal. Frühstücksbuffett war ok. Für Kinder auch toll, da Spielplatz und auch Nichtschwimmerbecken im See abgetrennt. Entgegen der Beschreibung war Parken kostenlos vor dem Hotel, aber Schranke vorhanden. Doppelzimmer mit getrennten Betten, Zimmer war etwas klein. WLAN tat nur in der Lobby. Lage bei booking.com ist falsch angegeben. Es ist nicht in Mierki sondern etwa 3 km weiter westlich an dem großen See gelegen, dementsprechend weiter nach Hohenstein und Allenstein.

Malownicze położenie bezpośrednio nad jeziorem, duży teren ośrodka, dzięki czemu nawet przy prawie pełnym hotelu nie ma się wrażenia tłoku. Dobre I obfite śniadanie, bardzo smaczne dania w restauracji a la carte. Duży wybór różnych łódek do wypożyczenia. Pokoje w pawilonach ciągle nie odnowione (w przeciwieństwie do pokoi w głównym budynku, które przeszły remont). Brudne ściany I poplamiona wykładzina na podłodze (ale wszystko bardzo starannie wysprzątane). Uciążliwy jest brak nocnych lampek przy łóżkach. W naszym pokoju nie działała lodówka.

Pokój nie był tak przestronny jak było w opisie rezerwacji; dwa pojedyncze łóżka zamiast jednego podwójnego ( brak zapytania dotyczącego tego kryterium )
