This hotel provides excellent value for money. On early arrival (not a problem) I was upgraded at no extra cost and given much helpful detail to plan my stay. Free internet access is available and the price included a substantial breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold food. There is also easy access to the city centre, either on foot or by the frequent tram service from close by. I will stay here on my next visit. |

It was close to the city. The bar was nice and the foyer. There was free parking near by. The have lots of information about sight seeing. I found the room quite basic. It seems that in Eastern Europe they also rate the hotel higher than what it is, just because it has a nice foyer. |

Clean, freindly, good breakfast. staff efficient. Good location. Bar area good, Allocation of rooms on a floor here they were expecting a party of teenagers. Who ran along the corridors all night and the adjoinng room kept us awake until 12.55am and early in the morning we were awoken again by teachers waking up the students by knocking on doors. However the hotel dealt with our complaint very well but should have been aware of possible disturbance and put the teachers on the same floor |

It was centrally located, clean and comfortable with liberal check in and out times and had what could only be described as very generous breakfasts. While it was indicated to exist on the existing menu, there was no english speaking television channels other than a crazy fashion parade channel and a Chinese Government propaganda channel. On this visit to Europe, and unlike oreveious occasions, I continually l;anded in hotels that did not supply CNN, BBC or anything like this - only polish and German channels. Perhaps it is the luck of the draw (albeit being advertised as 'sattelite TV') Even in Latvia on a previous visit I was able to get English channels. A trifling detail perhaps but after not speaking to anyone who can speak much English all day one looks forward to relaxing with some program in the native tongue on a hotel list. |

I have visited Old Town in Krakow, only two stops by tram and did shopping . There are Galleries shopping center very close.to the hotel. I did not liked that receptionists in the hotel did not smile to clients and behaved like princesses. When I have asked for Internet access they did not give me enough information and I have to read a guide in the hotel room to know how.I Haven't feel welcome in this hotel. |

Hotel Reception were very helpful. Breakfast was good but too many people in room at same time!! I had to queue longer than expected. I think a large number of Dutch Army personnel had checked in the day before. They were obviously roughing it, out on their manoeuvres :-) |

Good location, located next to tram stop. The room was meant to be a non-smoking room, but the room smelt like cigarettes and you had to open the windows to air the room to get rid of the smell |
