Had not much time to look around, just the basic overnights after long working days. Not a nice connection / distance to the centre. The surrounding was not comfortable. |

Location is good as it is close to public transports. Hotel service is also good. That the water pressure of shower was a little bit low was an only unsatisfied point. |

The staff was most helpful. They went out of their way to help us with our interests in Cracow. It was a bit further away from the old town than we thought it would be, but it was still easy to walk there,. If I had problems with walkig, it would be too fr. |

The Hotel was a really good base for visiting the City Centre - comfort in the rooms was very good and the help yourself breakfast was very good. The only poor thing to write about was the shower - although adequate, the power of the shower was very weak. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I've never had a nicer shower in my life, the shower head was so strong and once you get out there are huge, soft towels waiting for you to dry off with. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. Close walk to the city but far enough away to not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. |

room was very tidy and clean, easy to find, very polite and helpful staff on one of the three evenings i stayed at your hotel there was a group of young people staying on the same floor as me. they were running up and down the corridors from 4pm until around 10pm, screaming and shouting. i would have liked to have seen the hotel address this issue with the interests of other customers comfort in mind. |

Fantastic value for money, really good breakfast facilities, helpful staff. Hotel rooms seemed very hot and control system didn't seem to make any difference, there were eight of us and we all had same issue but did not effect our opinion of hotel. |

nice and warm, very helpful staff, only 2 - 3 stops on the tram to the main square and restaurants/bars nothing in the immediate area. Coffee making facilities in the room would be nice. |

The staff were very friendly and communicated well. The facilities were ideal for my purposes and close to the centre of Krakow. The reception desk were especially helpful and organised my trip to Auschwitz without any problems.I'd thoroughly recommend the Hotel Chopin to anyone visiting Krakow. |
