Citi-Hotel is located in the center of Kielce, across from the city’s park. It offers comfortable rooms and apartments with free, high-speed internet access, bathrooms with showers and satellite TV. During their stay guests can enjoy traditional Japanese or Korean cuisine at Akasaka or grilled specialties at Sapporo. They can also relax in the bar. In the morning tasty breakfast is served. At an additional cost, Citi-Hotel’s guests are entitled to one hour’s access to Citi-Sport center, which has impressive recreational facilities, including a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a jacuzzi. Successful arrangement. 15 minutes from station. 7 minutes to the central street. Underground parking (narrow entrance) Pure silent number. Good breakfast Restaurant below for some reason the Japanese :) On a parking very small places for cars

The location is nice, close to the park and the main street Sienkiewicza. The staff was very friendly: I had to shorten my stay but it was not a problem for them and they even called booking.com to change my reservation. The building is new, the bathrooms are nice. The breakfast was OK, too and the Japanese restaurant downstairs was good too - apart from some Italian restaurant in Sienkiewicza it was hard to find a decent place to eat. The walls are quite thin and I could hear my neighbours snoring and using a bathroom. The courtains in the windows, at least in my room, were very narrow and they didn't cover the whole window.

Close to downtown and excellent value for money;It appear as a 2 stars but for me 3 stars should be still ok. The japanese/korean restaurant is pretty good and a good idea for a city like Kielce. The staff at every query seemed annoyed, unwilling and not organized; in 1 word: beginners. Furthermore the rooms wasn't clean for 2 times in 3 nights and I must to claim the new towels. This is a big pity because the Hotel could be better, staff a part.

Room small, twin beds set so that only one person could enjoy TV. Two hangers per room only, upon my call I was asked to come down to the reception to pickup additional two wire hangers. Un-busy hotel offered a room with the window facing blind wall. Vanity light dead, nightlight hanging from the wall loose on a wire, room service nonexistent. Hotel parking garage charged additionally.

Idealne położenie, miła obsługa, czystość, woda butelkowana w pokoju łóżKo pod oknem uniemożliwia wyjście na balkon. Internet kablowy, mógłby być bezprzewodowy; nie ma odpowiedniego miejsca żeby ustawić laptop, trzeba korzystać w łóżku.

Die Lage in der Innenstadt. Ich übernachtete in diesem Hotel vom 7-9 Oktober 2011. Es war gerade der Übergang, wo es plötzlich kalt wurde. Die Heizung hat nicht funkioniert und mir war es in der Nacht zu kühl (draußen nur +4 Grad)! Das Bett war schlecht, ich spürte einzelne Spiralen des Federkerns. Außerdem nachmitags konnte ich mich nur unterm lauwarmen Wasser duschen. Ich war erstaunt, denn sowas ist mir bis dato in keinem polnischen Hotel passiert!

sympatyczna obsługa, dobra lokalizacja Hotel wymaga remontu. Jedyne, co go broni, to cena za pokój (129 zł za dwójkę), pod warunkiem, że nie będziemy korzystać ze śniadań (drogie: 30 zł/os, dobre jedzenie ale koszmarny płyn udający kawę). Jeśli szukasz pokoju na jedną noc, z trudem można polecić.

pokoje czyste i dobrze sprzatane, bardzo mila obsluga za oknem warczacy generator czy klimatyzator /nie wiem dokladnie i to byl wielki minus/, trzeba bylo ciagle zamykac okno. Strasznie cienkie sciany, chyba z tektury, wszystko slychac u sasiadow :)
