City Hotel

Staff are always friendly, helpful and attentive,without being overpowering

I feel that the bar should have more people working during busy periods such as speedway grand prix weekend ,which was the purpose of my trip

It was convenient for us to stay as it was near the airport but not near enough to hear it. You could walk out to visit the old town and less pricey restaurants. The hotel was helpful in organising a trip to Kruswicia where my daughter was racing.

It would be nice to have a swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was rather pricey

Have nothing negative to say really about hotel, they were very accomodating and anytime one asked reception for assistance they were very helpful. 25 of the family stayed in the hotel for a family wedding and I dont think anyone could fault. We stayed 3 nights and came and went as we pleased, could not fault the breakfast but cannot rate the resteraunt for anything else as we ate in town in the evening. Thumbs up!!

Reception bar closed early but they have a casino bar at the rear and that was open....ha typical irish!!

Good hotel close to airport. Mainly a business hotel so quiet at weekends. Staff and Breakfast were very good. Spoke very good english at reception which was 24 hours. Like may Polish hotels you have to pay extra for parking, about 8 pounds sterling per night. Stayed only one night but a very pleasant experience.

Our friends room was located on the outside of the building as opposed to ours which was on the inside area away from the surrounding roads. They say that traffic noise was intrusive and detrimental to a good nights sleep. We had no such problems.

It would be nice to install wireless internet in all hotel not only in the launge

friendly staff speacialy they all speak english,very helpfull. hotel is easy access to town & airport.very good food choice & taste.very comfortable stay.

Obsługa recepcji . Przestronie i czysto zarówno w pokoju jak i w łazience. Obsługa restauracji i wspaniała kuchnia.

Ochrona hotelu ma dostęp do pokoi. Nie poczułam sie komfortowo jak sie dowiedziałam, ze w czasie mojej nieobecnosci do pokoju wchodzi strażnik. (Sytuacja kiedy klucz pozostaje w pokoju po zamknieciu drzwi) Po za tym podczas 5 dniowego pobytu za kazdym razem musiałam sie dopominać o kawę do śniadania.

miły i profesjonalny personel, czyste pokoje, pełna informacja, szybka reakcja na reklamację

jakość pokoju całkowicie odbiegała od standardu hotelu, w pokoju panował zaduch,śniadanie niezadawalające jak na deklarowaną klasę hotelu

Die angenehme Atmosphäre während des Frühstücks, sowie die Ausstattung des Buffets waren hervorragend

Für mich als Frühaufsteher war die Frühstückszeit ab 7.00 etwas zu spät. Frühtstück ab 6.30 war zwar möglich aber zu diesem Zeitpunkt war das Buffet noch nicht vorbereitet und das Personal zeigte leider auch kein Interesse daran schon Kaffe vor 7.00 Uhr zu servieren/bereitzustellen.
