People was very friendly , although was like a boarding house , the Spa was a good facility and was very reasonably priced The hotel needs updating the decor was dull and tired , there was very little on the basis as a restaurant and lacked atmosphere felt more like a guest house bathrooms need updating

Nic mi się nie podobało - już nigdy więcej tam nie zajadę. Hotel *** a pokój bez klimatyzacji !!! Totalna porażka. Brak suszarki w łazience, brak kosmetyków jednorazowych, myślałem że to 3 gwiazdki a wychodzi jak w hostelu. Basen (ik) ma 5 x 2,5 metra wejdą całe 2 osoby. Kolejka do śniadania, źle rozwiązana kwestia pobierania posiłku, 5 minut na herbatę czekałem. Generalnie nie polecam tego hotelu.

Elhelyezkedés, szoba nagysága (3 ágyas), bőséges reggeli büfé. Szép kialakítású wellness. Színvonallal arányos korrekt ár. Nincs hűtő a szobában, víznyomás a zuhanyzóban. A wellnessben a medence mérete meglehetősen kicsi. A péksütemény (édes) hiányzott reggelinél.

Normalny hotel xxx. Nic nadzwyczajnego. Głównie klientela zza wschodniej granicy. Pokoje przyjemne, klimatyzowane. Cena hotelu jest wygórowana. Hotel oferuje tylko 10% zniżki na spa. W innych hotelach gość hotelowy jest traktowany na wyższym poziomie - basen lub sauna w innych hotelach jest gratis, tutaj trzeba słono dopłacić. Na śniadanie w kolejce - kiepsko pobieranie śniadania jest rozwiązane. A I samo śniadanie na poziomie dość niskim z małym wyborem.

Mila atmosfera, spokojna lokalizacja, czyste, przytulne pokoje. Z kuchni mielismy okazje skorzystac tylko na sniadanie, ale byl naprawde duzy wybor na szwedzkim stole. Ze Spa nie korzystalismy, wiec tutaj nie moge komentowac. Hotel jest B.dobrym wyborem dla osob przejezdzajacym przez Krakow (tak jak my), bo dojazd od obwodnicy Krakowa (a4) jest prosty I zajmuje niecale 5 minut, a hotel znajduje sie w B.cichym miejscu, wiec jak ktos ma dosc halasu w czasie podrozy, to na pewno bedzie zadowolony. Jednoczesnie blisko na Starowke, gdzie wybralismy sie wieczorerm na kolacje. Polecam podrozujacym z polnocy na wakacje w gory I dalej na poludnie!

Spa avdelingen var fin. Personalet var flinke og man fikk mye for pengene. Hotellet er enkelt, men helt ok. Personalet på hotellet var greie nok, men det var slett ikke alle som hadde kunnskap om hva service betyr. Det kan bli mye bedre.

Hotel położony w dogodnym miejscu - blisko do centrum I Zakrzówka. śNiadanie obfite I smaczne - szwedzki stół,wygodny parking. Polecam dla osób niepełnosprawnych na wózkach inwalidzkich - brak jakichkolwiek barier architektonicznych. Pokoje wygodne I jasne. Czysto. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa.

Hotel dość ładnie położony w spokojnej dzielnicy. Miła obsługa. Brudne ściany w pokoju. Zardzewiały taboret w łazience. Ogólnie pokój wymaga odświeżenia. Aby przejść do spa trzeba wyjść na zewnątrz.

Nie mam nic do zarzucenia w zasadzie. Z hotelu jest doś blisko autem do centrum miasta i do innych miejsc, które warto zwiedzic. Szkoda tylko, ze tak małe zniżki na atrakcje dla gości hotelowych. Dosyc ubogie menu w restauracji.

Schludnie pokoje Brak lodówki w pokoju, koszmarny obiad z mikrofali, sniadanie lepsze niż 3 miesiące temu, jednak parówki i jajecznica z podgrzewacza były zimne (na sniadanie zeszłam na jego poczatku), wybór ok jednak wedlina i ser żółty obeschnięte, personel nie reaguje na zkłócajacych spokój o 3 nad ranem gości

L'hôtel est bien. J'ai signalé une ampoule de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas mais ils ne l'ont pas changée durant mes 5 jours. Pourtant ils m'avaient promis de le faire!

Miła obsługa. Codzienny servis sprzatający, miły personel w restauracji 1 faktura wystawiona z błędami 2 - non stop głosne grupy młodzieży imprezujące 3 - pokoje maja bardzo cienkie ściany (słychać sąsiada bardzo dobrze) 4 - drzwi do pokoju cienkie, słychać każdą osobę chodzącą, otwierającą drzwi, 5 - monotematyczność posiłków w restauracji . na dłuższy pobyt nie polecam
