Good location with relation to A4, no need to pass through city center, located away from main streets - quiet surrounding.

We chose this hotel only because it was within walking distance of the Divine Mercy Convent in Lagiewniki. There is a restaurant and we found it adequate. Breakfast was included in our package which was sufficient but unchanging. The hotel was adequate for our purpose but I would have liked to have had a hot water kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee in the evening. On the whole the staff were pleasant enough although smiles were rare. Although I said below I would recommend this hotel, this is purely for conference/congress at the Divine Mercy Shrine. I would not recommend it for a holiday. We did not try any spa treatments whilst there so cannot comment on that side of the business.

Although our first two days were spent in another hotel due to overbooking, Hotel City Spa covered the costs and we were not out of pocket. After two days we moved to Hotel City Spa and, on arrival, were put in Room 5 right next to the "banqueting hall" where an "oompahpah" band was playing full blast. Fortunately it didn't last long (45 mins). The hotel is frequently used by teenage school children on school trips. The children ran riot being very noisy, thumping and banging and running of feet, without a thought for disturbing other guests (we also experienced the same problem with a different group from Norway who were much more noisy and inconsiderate at the first hotel we stayed in before transferring to Hotel City Spa).There are no porters to help with luggage. There are no complimentary drinks or hot water kettle in the room, the room does not have a safe, there is no room service even though it says there is in the hotel literature. Housekeeping provided us with extra pillows and towels, however, a change of towels and a cursory wipe of the toilet was all that was done during our stay. We made our own beds for the week we were there as on returning to the room after our first and second day out the beds were still unmade.

You have the most wonderful staff who were very kind and helpful. Better than some five star hotels!

nice hotel for the price. close to the city but requires a short taxi ride. hotel is used mostly for large groups and events and is noisy late at night on the weekends.

Brudne ściany w pokoju. Zardzewiały taboret w łazience. Ogólnie pokój wymaga odświeżenia. Aby przejść do spa trzeba wyjść na zewnątrz.

Schludnie pokoje

Brak lodówki w pokoju, koszmarny obiad z mikrofali, sniadanie lepsze niż 3 miesiące temu, jednak parówki i jajecznica z podgrzewacza były zimne (na sniadanie zeszłam na jego poczatku), wybór ok jednak wedlina i ser żółty obeschnięte, personel nie reaguje na zkłócajacych spokój o 3 nad ranem gości

Duży przestronny pokój, znakomita obsługa, dobra lokalizacja (blisko kino, centrum handlowe, dobre połączenie z centrum)

Wyposażenie pokoju za tą cenę niedostateczne (brak lodówki, suszarki). Jedzenie jak na hotel tej klasy (ze spa) mało urozmaicone. Śniadania bardzo ubogie i zupełnie niezadowalające, obiad z mikrofali, mało i bardzo złej jakości.

Bardzo niedobre śniadanie

Hotel swoje lata świetności ma już za sobą.
