The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff very helpful and pleasant. It was excellent value for money and I would definately stay there again. |

Hotel Columbus lived up to it's reviews. We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were very helpful. The location was slightly out of the centre but within easy walking distance of all the sights. |

The staff was very helpful and made arrangements for my visit to Auschwitz, salt mine, etc. Most spoke very good English and they allowed me to check in around 9am as I was tired from an overnight train trip from Budapest. |

Room and breakfast were both excellent. The hotel is within a walking distance to the Stare Miasto but not exactly close to it. On the other hand its location in the ancient jewish district near to a very pleasant square (Szeroka) with good cafes and restaurants is quite interesting. |

I found the staff very friendly. The quality of the breakfast was also very good. Our room was on the street side and we could hear the tram in the evening and morning. |

The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice. The breakfast was good. It was a short walk to the old town and a stone's throw from the Jewish district. We loved Kracow. We did the bike tours of the city and our tour guide was excellent. We also visited the Salt Mines which were incredible. |

The friendly, helpful reception from all hotel staff. The well decorated and cleanliness throughout the hotel. The fortunate location for walking distances and the availability of local transport. If anything; no coffee facilities in the room and the noisy traffic sounds from the main road (but understand this unavoidable) |

Incredible service from the staff - nothing was too much. Good location with an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Krakow Not really a complaint, but there were no evening meals served in the hotel |

The staff were excellent and a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast was good and plentiful. It is essentially a bed and breakfast hotel but drinks and coffee and tea are always available with a smile The guest lounge is a little basic but this is not really a criticism. Tea and coffee tray in rooms would be good |

Location, helpfulness of the staff, proximity to good local restaurants and access to old town. Good value all round! Would definitely recommend. The king size bed had a standard size quilt! |

What a brilliant hotel! Very friendly, clean and modern, excellent location. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and there was complimentary mineral water in the room as well as the usual minibar. The staff couldn't do enough to be helpful and we would definitely recommend it. |

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the best I've ever come across. Nothing was too much hassle. The rooms were more what I would have expected from a 4 star hotel and the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a broad range. I can't recommend this place highly enough |
