El personal del hotel fantástico y simpático (aunque solo hablan ingles, polaco y una chica en francés). Dan información sobre cualquier cosa, tours de Cracovia, contratan para ti chofers privados para visitas a auswitch y minas de sal a muy buen precio. Habitaciones muy confortables, bien amuebladas y completas. El hotel esta en el barrio Judio de Cracovia. Zona muy tranquila Desayuno buffete completo pero a mi gusto insuficiente. Entra algo de luz por la mañana con las cortinas que hay. Aire acondicionado poco potente (pero no insuficiente) |

La habitacion era espaciosa, comoda y estaba muy limpia El abusivo precio que cobran por el parking. Cuando preguntas donde hay un parking cerca, ellos te indican uno que NO es del hotel, es un parking externo que cobra 18 zloty por dia pero, al volver de aparcar te piden el ticket y te dicen que, para tu comodidad, lo pagarás en el hotel al pagar tu estancia. Cuando vas a pagar te han cargado 40 zloty por dia. Todo un timo |

Could not beat the location, right in the heart of the Jewish quarter and within walking distance to the sights. Great value for money as breakfast was included. Room looked recently renovated and was very clean. Bathroom was modern and very clean also. Concierge was friendly and extremely helpful. We had a room at the back of the hotel and had no issues with noise, as some guests on this site have said. |

Staff were so helpful and welcoming and went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Great location. We preferred being on the edge of the old town and loved the Jewish Quarter with some lovely bars and restaurants, so you could choose to visit both. Booking trips was v easy. Breakfasts were excellent. It was quite noisy from the road outside, although we were three floors up. There was no bar or restaurant downstairs to have a drink. Tea & coffee facilities in room would be good. |

The value for money was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were decent sized, sparkling clean, the bathrooms were spotless. Every amenity was modern. The breakfast was a proper spread; not like the rubbish you get in Western Europe. It really is worth staying in this place just for the value for money. The staff were knowledgable. Provided me with good information on where to go, restaurants to eat it - which were great, in the old Jewish area where we even got 2 glasses of wine gratis by displaying the card.... brilliant! It is a 15min walk from the main market square. I dont have a problem with that, but older folk might. The area is decent and safe. |

We loved it, could not recommend it highly enough! The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were cosy the bathroom was literally shining! The breakfast was lovely with a wide and plentiful selection of food. We plan to visit again! |

We stayed at the Columbus Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable as well. There are little extras that you would not expect in a small hotel with a budget rate - mints on the pillows, free bottled water every day...even a heating rack for the towels in the bathroom! The free morning breakfast was extremely good and provided so many choices that I did not eat the same meal twice. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed, booking trips outside of Krakowk, etc. They spoke English perfectly and jumped at the chance to help us with anything. A few more English speak television channels if possible |

The staff were superb and helped me book trips to Austwich and the Salt Mines. They even took the trouble to walk me to the pick up point so i wouldnt get lost! The breakfast was also much better than in lots of other european hotels I have stayed. This is definitely a very good 3 star hotel and I would recommend! Its a pity they didnt serve dinner there as the breakfast area was quite nice. Though there are lots of really nice restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away so it was not a problem |

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff very helpful and pleasant. It was excellent value for money and I would definately stay there again. |

Hotel Columbus lived up to it's reviews. We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were very helpful. The location was slightly out of the centre but within easy walking distance of all the sights. |
