I think this is a good hotel in a poor location, staff is friendly, good breakfast

It is little bit far away from main atractions of Krakow, neighbourhoods are quite poor, the room was used by a smoker previously

Helpfull and friendly staff and good location between various activities
and near to several restaurants ( Szeroka Square )

On busy (noisy?) main road but our request for a quiet back room , as a
result of reading guest feedback,was met and we had no problems at all .

Great location.All staff were very friendly and helpful. Even before we arrived they arranged transportation for us direct from the airpoprt to Auschwitz and then to the hotel, which made our experience even better. They could not have been more helpful. The beroom was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh and all staff speak English.

wi-fi did not work, LAN cord socket broken, had to repair myself to get internet access

Great location, on the doorstep of the culturally rich Jewish district that also has good bars and restaurants, and just 10 mins walk from the centre. Hotel is smart & efficient, and the staff helpful and pleasant.

The hotel provides a great guide book (Inyourpocket.com, a very honest guidebook) but could have been more helpful to prescribe how to get to certain tourist locations from the hotel eg. the Salt Mines

Breakfast was excellent, the room very clean, staff extremely helpful and incredibly patient when we opted for a late night drink or 2 or 3....

Minor point - the pillows were not firm enough and tea and coffee facilites in the room would be nice even though we were told we could get them on room service

I just love the bed and the pillows at this hotel. Very clean and well maintained.

Always seems a bit dark in the corridors and a bit of a walk from the train station but these are minor things really.
