Greit hotell til en ok pris. Renhold og personale meget bra. Enkel, men grei frokost og det meste av atraksoner i byen innen gangavstand. Vi benytter gjerne hotellet om vi skal tilbake til Krakow. |

Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening!!! Utmerket renhold! Meget behagelig med aercondition! Enkel,men veldig god frokost! Stille og rolig hotell, med ingen støy, til tross for beliggenheten i byen. Mykere senger! Mer plass på badet,forbeholdt toalettsaker ved vaskeservant. |

Hotellet var for oss helt perfekt. Veldig bra renhold, meget god service, aircondition som virket, safe på rommet, grei frokost, koselig uteplass. Ingen negative punkt, kan virkelig anbefales. |

Veldig hjelpsomt personale, kjempebra frokost, rolig atmosfære, nært til spisesteder og kort avstand til gamlebyen. Topp! Kunne vært ok med å få kjøpt litt mat på kveldstid. Etter en lang dag på byen hadde det vært ok, men ikke noe minus da det var 3 minutter å gå til nærmeste spisested, men for å slippe å gå ut igjen hadde det vært fint. |

Hotellets personell var meget hyggelige, imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Et bad der allt fungerte, rent og fritt for lukt av gammel fukt. Fin frokostbuffet. Lyddempende vinduer mot traffikert gate. Foretrekker gulv uten tepper, men det er en bagatell, da renholdet var utmerket. |

We loved it, could not recommend it highly enough! The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were cosy the bathroom was literally shining! The breakfast was lovely with a wide and plentiful selection of food. We plan to visit again! |

We stayed at the Columbus Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable as well. There are little extras that you would not expect in a small hotel with a budget rate - mints on the pillows, free bottled water every day...even a heating rack for the towels in the bathroom! The free morning breakfast was extremely good and provided so many choices that I did not eat the same meal twice. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed, booking trips outside of Krakowk, etc. They spoke English perfectly and jumped at the chance to help us with anything. A few more English speak television channels if possible |

The staff were superb and helped me book trips to Austwich and the Salt Mines. They even took the trouble to walk me to the pick up point so i wouldnt get lost! The breakfast was also much better than in lots of other european hotels I have stayed. This is definitely a very good 3 star hotel and I would recommend! Its a pity they didnt serve dinner there as the breakfast area was quite nice. Though there are lots of really nice restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away so it was not a problem |

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff very helpful and pleasant. It was excellent value for money and I would definately stay there again. |

Hotel Columbus lived up to it's reviews. We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were very helpful. The location was slightly out of the centre but within easy walking distance of all the sights. |

The staff was very helpful and made arrangements for my visit to Auschwitz, salt mine, etc. Most spoke very good English and they allowed me to check in around 9am as I was tired from an overnight train trip from Budapest. |

Room and breakfast were both excellent. The hotel is within a walking distance to the Stare Miasto but not exactly close to it. On the other hand its location in the ancient jewish district near to a very pleasant square (Szeroka) with good cafes and restaurants is quite interesting. |

I found the staff very friendly. The quality of the breakfast was also very good. Our room was on the street side and we could hear the tram in the evening and morning. |

The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice. The breakfast was good. It was a short walk to the old town and a stone's throw from the Jewish district. We loved Kracow. We did the bike tours of the city and our tour guide was excellent. We also visited the Salt Mines which were incredible. |

The friendly, helpful reception from all hotel staff. The well decorated and cleanliness throughout the hotel. The fortunate location for walking distances and the availability of local transport. If anything; no coffee facilities in the room and the noisy traffic sounds from the main road (but understand this unavoidable) |
