Понарвилась антикварная обстановка, расположение рядом с центром Скрипящие поля и визжащие дверцы шкафчиков просто сводят к 0 все положительніе впечатления. К тому же, просто остановиться у готеля - проблема. Приходится останавливаться далеко и идти с вещами. Им что-то нужно решать с подьездом и парковкой. НЕТ РЕСТОРАНА! |

Очень доброжелательный персонал,новый чистый отель,отличный завтрак ,10 минут до самого центра Надо просить номер выходящий во двор,у выходящих на улицу под окнами ездит трамвай-особо чутко спящих может напрягать :) |

Only stayed one night so the review is limited. The staff were really friendly and the quality of the room was higher than other hotels in the same price bracket (around £60 per night) that I stayed in around Europe.Easy to walk or take a tram into town and there were restaurants and bars nearby although I wasn't around long enough to try them. |

The Hotel staff are most friendly and obliging. The Bedrooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The Breakfasts have a good selection of good food. Overall the hotel is spotlessly clean and provides good facilities for a city break My only gripe was that after we had booked we persuaded our friends to come as well and having booked 5 days after us they were charged £30 less for the same 3 nights |

Excellent friendly staff.Very good location for all places of interest.Really good breakfast.Large comfortable bedroom.Would definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow No coffee/teamaking facilities in room |

location is close to the Jewish district which is good for visitors, I also liked the size (smaller hotel) and interior of the hotel. Breakfast was nice too. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location at the centre of the Jewish District near all the bars and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk into town. And a great buffet breakfast! I would definitely recommend stayign here for a relaxing city break! |

Hotel was clean with friendly staff, good breakfasts, well sited near the Jewish Quarter and just a short walk from the castle and the old city. |

The room was small but cozy. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful and really walked the extra mile and arranged everything we needed. Also they took special care of the baby'! |

Location was perfect, right in between the centre and old jewish quarter. Hotel clean, lovely decor, breakfast good, staff very helpful and friendly. room a little on the small side. |

Good location, not too far from Market Square and close to the Jewish district. Rooms were comfortable of good size. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. |

the staff were very helpful before and during the stay, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were good quality . Rooms at the back of the hotel were very quiet. Overall a very relaxed and positive atmosphere The room I had on the first night at the front of the hotel was rather noisy ( but then I live in a very quiet village and am not used to noise at night) |
