We had a pleasant stay at your hotel. Despite the proximity of the hotel to the airport, we did not hear any noise coming from the planes landing/taking off. The breakfast was vas very tasty. We will not hesitate to stay at your hotel during our next visti to Warsaw. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. Everything was great. |

Good location, spacy room and clean bathroom. The attitude of the receptionists. My spouse wanted to check us in, but the moment receptionist found out that I can speak polish, he started to ignore my husband and went on in polish. We both regard it as very unprofessional behavior. Moreover, we had problems with water in bathroom. It was not running, but only leaking. It took literally 30 minutes to take a shower. When we were checking out, nobody was interested if we enjoyed our stay, or not. Is it a suitable service for 4 star hotel????? |

Hotel and staff were excellent. Staff very helpful, polite and courteous and the hotel was spotless and well designed. It is a minutes walk from the airport terminal so is very handy for flights. We chose this hotel because our departure flight was at 6am and we wanted to be close to the terminal for this reason. The staff also organised a packed breakfast for us to take with us as we were going to miss the standard breakfast. Great hotel! |

Professional, very kind reception staff. Same applies to room service. The biggest plus is also the location, directly at the airport. Extra bed free of charge for the child is another benefit. No swimming pool |

The bed was wonderful, the room was clean and quiet. Staff friendly, amenities excellent. Food was not great - not really good vaue for the money. Charging extrs for a latte at breakfast was over charged by about 8 zl, not much but almost twice as much as in town. |

local after booking through bookings.com i contacted the hotel explaining that the guest would be my wife traveling alone, and i was booking directly so she shouldn't have any trouble, i asked if it would be everything ok and the recepctionist ashored me that there would be no problem! well it couldt be worst at check in. wouldnt go again |

The hotel is a short walk to the airport and the car rental service is located in the lobby. An internet cafe is also located in the lobby and free to guests. We found the hotel very clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. All staff spoke English. The breakfast was fantastic and included. We found this hotel extremely good value for the nightly rate we paid. We would return. As a traveler, a salon service would have been nice.....for a pedicure or massage. |

Staff was very kind. I couldn't exercise my biceps properly in the fitness room since the dumbbells were too light (10kg was the heaviest). I set a wake-up call that didn't work at all. |

Just across the street from the airport, perfect for early flights (I managed to go to airport, check in, go back to hotel for breakfast - that starts at 6a.m - before leaving again to airport). Restaurant looks nice, staff is nice, a bit expensive but in line with an airport hotel restaurant, but the food... not worth it!! |
