i enjoyed my stay at the orbis, the maid cleaned the room every day,the room had tea making facilities and even a fridge in the room. It is only a 5 minute walk to the old town.i would also like to add that i have been on quite a few city breaks and i found the people of krakow the freindliest |

Parking facility outside the hotel. Nice breakfast. Wi-fi signal is so low from the 3rd floor & I had to connect to the internet from my laptop at the lobby. |

Easy access to the city. Shops and food close by. Tram stop 50m from the door. Day tours operate from the carpark. Room service available which can be great after a long day out. A lot of traffic noise due to the main road(busy all through the night) right next to the hotel. Sound travels extremely well in the hotel especially in rooms near the stairs. |

This time - absolutely nothing! While I was staying in Cracovia hotel, there was a whole night party going by Jewish youth group on the same floor level where my room was situated. I contacted reception twice, but got no result.I Requested to be transferred to another room, but was refused. I am a frequent visitor to Krakow and normally stay in Cracovia due to good location both to the city centre and the airport. In previous years, a standard room offered tea/coffee making facilities and included in the price was breakfast - no longer so, which is a shame! Service has gone down, complaints are not resolved and instead of improving, hotel would not be a choice of mine in the future. It also needs upgrading (rooms are shabby, bathroom - shower cubicles dirty) |

Localization in walking distance from old town and castle I got room from street side. Unfortunately windows weren't stopping noise from the street and it could be hard to to fall asleep and you had to wake up with morning traffic. Also hotel often host foreign school trips. If group is quiet and well organized everything is OK, but if it's not hotel staff can't handle noise on corridors, shouting, screaming etc. kids can make which means sleepless night. |

The proximity to the center of the city. The location. The hotel is in need of renovation. The lack of air conditioning in the summer is a problem as the rooms can be as hot as +30oC |

When i stayed at the cracovia i was impressed by the cleanleness of the hotel, the friendlyness of the staff, the impressive spacious foyer ,the entrance, the spacious landings on each floor and grandiose stairways.the reception area too is very big and spacious[plenty of room]the hotel had internet access-very important in modern city hotels, outside the hotel the parking area for cars leaving off hotel residents, taxis etc was spacious and well laid out and the parking area for busses and tour busses was ample and adequate.over all i enjoyed my short stay at the hotel cracovia and ill come back.-john morrissey-ireland some of the single rooms are small/beds too small but overall ok and satisfactory. |
