Cracowdays

The staff were very friendly and helpful...especially Joanna. The room was excellent, finished to a very high standard. There was always an abundance of coffee and goodies!

The relaxed atmosphere. great rooms, fantastic shower and the wonderful Eveline who made our stay very special

Our 2nd room contained a double rather than twin beds on our arrival ( although twin beds were booked) which then had to be sorted out. We were tired after travelling so not ideal but all good in the end.

Cracowdays was perfect in every way - the staff were wonderful, couldnt do enough to help. The welcome was incredible, arranged taxi transfer, met at the door, given tea/coffee biscuits over an informal chat about Cracow and tips/restaurants etc. Rooms brilliant, efficient power showers/modern bathroom contrasting with stylish exposed brickwork in the bedrooms. Kitchen available after 11.00 for everyonw to use to prepare own food, with complimentary tea/coffee always available. Before 11.00 the kitchen is for guests taking the hotel breakfast which again is wonderful. There is another kitchen on the ground floor which is available for guests to make their own breakfast with no time restrictions. The whole concept/greeting/design is superb

Do not be put off on arrival at the exterior - it is a shared entrance and you have to get through Cracowdays door before you see what you have booked!

The location of cracowdays to the main square and facilities of the appartment was excellent everything you need and a laptop to! . The information provided by the staff was good and the tours they arranged very well organised. Breakfast provided by Cracowdays was very nice and well presented .Staff were exceptionally helpful. We would definately recommend this place

The outside entrance to the appartments is a little disappointing especially when arriving lat night in the dark .There is no reception area as you arrive it is located behind locked doors on the second floor

Hotel situated very well off market square, not noisy and very clean. All staff very welcoming and helpful

I felt that the staff were determined that I should enjoy my stay and showed a personal pride in Cracowdays.

Very helpful, friendly staff who spoke good English, large bedroom and bathroom with contemporary design, good breakfast, free access to computer, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits available after breakfast for rest of day. (We stayed in one of the upstairs superior rooms)

Great apt style room, quiet street, high ceilings, modern fixtures, A/C, -common kitchen- feels like home.

The bathroom is sectioned partially for the shower -it was a little inconvenient to manage within that space./ no phone in the room so if you need anything you will have to come out of your room and ask the attendant for help. I don't know if they have options in the lobby to make outside calls. check before if thats important to you.

Access to kitchen and free tea and coffee and flat screen tv and dvds.

Though the bed was made each morning there was no attempt to clean the rooms for the whole 5 days of our visit. Not nice!

Excellent location, well appointed rooms, friendly staff (when available).

Little annoyances like not having an iron in the room - made worse by there often being no staff in the hotel to answer queries. Otherwise a very good hotel.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very pleasant and the street was quiet. The breakfast was very full. It was useful to have free internet facilities and a kitchen in which to prepare drinks etc.

The graffitti on the walls outside was offputting.

we stayed in a superior room which was very nicely decorated and also very comfortable.

stairwell was quite dimly lit. Kitchen was out of bounds until 11am unless you were taking the hotel breakfast which was a bit inconvenient as you'd generally want to be away early to explore.
