Great apt style room, quiet street, high ceilings, modern fixtures, A/C, -common kitchen- feels like home. The bathroom is sectioned partially for the shower -it was a little inconvenient to manage within that space./ no phone in the room so if you need anything you will have to come out of your room and ask the attendant for help. I don't know if they have options in the lobby to make outside calls. check before if thats important to you. |

Access to kitchen and free tea and coffee and flat screen tv and dvds. Though the bed was made each morning there was no attempt to clean the rooms for the whole 5 days of our visit. Not nice! |

Excellent location, well appointed rooms, friendly staff (when available). Little annoyances like not having an iron in the room - made worse by there often being no staff in the hotel to answer queries. Otherwise a very good hotel. |

Excellent service by staff. Clean, modern accomodation and only 10 minutes walk from the main square. Situated in a quiet street with access to trams, buses and taxis only a stones throw away. |

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very pleasant and the street was quiet. The breakfast was very full. It was useful to have free internet facilities and a kitchen in which to prepare drinks etc. The graffitti on the walls outside was offputting. |

Apartment was lovely and stylish, great shower, spacious room and excellent location - only 5 mins walk to old town. Staff were pleasant and helpful and we appreciated getting maps and some orientation on arrival. Only complaint was that we didn't realise there was a kitchen we could use until our 2nd day there when we discovered it for ourselves! It would have been helpful if we had been told about this on arrival. And we were aiming to leave at 7.30am on our day of departure but had to wait until 8am to pay/check out etc - we tried to phone Meg the evening before about this but there was no answer. |

we stayed in a superior room which was very nicely decorated and also very comfortable. stairwell was quite dimly lit. Kitchen was out of bounds until 11am unless you were taking the hotel breakfast which was a bit inconvenient as you'd generally want to be away early to explore. |

cracowdays is a refreshing departure from the cookie cutter theme of chain hotels! tastefully designed rooms and comfort. all together, a fantastic retreat :) no shampoo/showergel in the bathroom! |

Cracowdays was one of the best places we have stayed, it was modern, clean and spacious, the staff are all excellent , very helpful and nothing too much for them, we have stayed in 5 star hotels but this beats them every time. |

Quality accommodation at an affordable price. Cathy at Cracowdays was really welcoming and extremely helpful, recommending restaurants and even a hairdresser! |

A very comfortable, very clean apartment with most helpful staff. Many nice touches such as the communal kitchen and the access to the internet. Very convenient for the centre of town yet very quiet. We would have preferred a little more privacy in the bathroom - a frosted glass door may not have been the best choice when the bathroom opens straight out in the bedroom! |

The freedom that the kitchen offered to have a cup of tea when you liked! The size of the rooms infact everything was great. I can truly recommend a stay @ 'Cracowdays'. |

Exceptional quality modern apartments with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The superior rooms are outstanding with big flat screen TVs and DVD (on the rare occasion that you run out of things to do in Krakow!). The continental breakfast was delicious and well worth an extra few euros. Paying in cash only (£, €, Polish złoty, US$) is a mild hassle but that really is trying very hard to find a fault. There was a booking error initially during our stay, however, this was more than satisfactorily resolved. |

The vicinity to the main part of town is wonderful. And there's a decent-sized grocery store just 2 blocks away. The trams are super-close. I loved the flexibility of having kitchen facilities and a laptop for the use of the guests. It would have been nice to have the heat turned on a little more. The bathroom towel warmer and the room radiator never seemed to be hot. Not that we froze, but the room was chilly at times. |

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Liked the use of the kitchen for sitting with friends on our return to apartments. Entrance is off putting. |

Our intimate hotel is ideally and conveniently located amidst the natural surroundings of Planty Park, within an easy walking yet discreet distance from the market square and Wawel Castle. |
