Nice little apartments 5minutes away from the city center by walking. The owners were very friendly and helpful. No luxuries, but very good value for your money, specially as even 2-3 stars hotels in Cracow charge you an arm and a leg. The apartments was lacking cloths for the kitchen. Other than that everything was OK. |

We all (13 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the CracowRent Apartments, they were ideal for a large group of same sex people. The apartments were very clean with all the facilities eg Iron, Fridge, Kettle, Hoover if required!! The Owner was a very nice lady and really friendly. I would definitely recommend CracowRent Apartments. |

The people in the hotel are very friendly. Because of the rain the owner of the apartment gave us an umbrella. The apartments are situated near the city centre, supermarket and the railstation. The apartments are very proper. If I would go to visit Cracow again, I'll be sure that I go to CracowRent. |

Easiness of premises to town centre. Staff service and friendliness. It would have been easier if we had been told beforehand to ring the doorbell of the owner to get in. There are grilled security gates allowing access to the place, and we thought we had been locked out. Luckily some other guests were coming out when we were going in, but it was a matter of luck that we found the bell for the owners to come and let us in, otherwise we would have had no idea what to do. |

It is situated so close to the market square, station etc. Very secure as well. Pillows and bed linen are not quite upto western standards. Could easily be improved. |
