The rooms were nice and clean. Room rates were very reasonable, location was not the best, no places around the hotel to dine. ard 25 mins walk to the city center. we requested for a double bed, but two single beds were put together instead. The lady at the reception did not provide sufficient information on the tourist locations and was not very helpful, luckily her collegue the next day compensated by providing all the right info. The breakfast in the hotel was expensive (and not worth it) considering the costs levels in Zakopane. We could have much better breakfast in the city center at half the costs. |

The room was very clean and spacious and there was a lovely view from our balcony. The spa facilities were excellent and the staff in the spa very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extremely good and overall the hotel had a calm, relaxing feel. The reception staff were polite and helpful but could be a little friendlier and cheerful. Some printed information would be helpful to guests from abroad and the free welcome drink should be expained more clearly. |

Everything! We had a nice room with a huge balcony and a wonderful bathroom. Delicious breakfast- no matter what country you're from, you'll find something tasty for yourself. Great variety of breakfast items. Wi-fi in your room. Beautiful surroundings. Just a short walk to Krupowki- 10 minutes. |

Location to the mountains and the main downtown area were a short walk away. It was clean and modern hotel with beautiful rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the pool and spa area were well worth using (empty each time we went). |

The staff were genreally quite helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel, which is nearly new, was comfortable and spotlessly clean. It seems that many hotels in Poland believe that it is necessary to play pop/disco/rap music at loud volumes in every public area, including the dining room, at all times. It remains a mystery to me why this is so. The music is annoying and disruptive of thought and conversation, Our room was directly above the dining room; as a result, we were subjected to a constant thud-thud-thud through the walls from lunchtime through midnight. This ruined an otherwise positive experience at the Crocus. Because of this, we will not stay there again -- which is too bad, since it is otherwise quite a nice place. |

beautiful quiet location in zakopane. The hotel is very modern and almost new Breakfast buffet was not replenished so those arriving after 8;45AM had little choice. We even had to request breakfast rolls. The quality of the breakfast buffet does not match the hotel infrastructure . Nine or ten TV channels are supposed to be available including BBC and CNN. No English speaking channels were available despite a promise to have them restored |

Byłem pierwszy raz w tym hotelu ale powiem szczerze, że nie mam zamiaru na wypady weekendowe do Zakopanego testować innego. Powienien mieć nie 4 a 5 gwiazdek. Doskonała kuchnia, ładny i przyjemny wystrój, basen, spa - czego więcej trzeba. Co do obsługi również bardzo miła a w szczególności nocna zmiana;) Podsumowując hotel idealny na wypady ze znajomymi jak i na romantyczne weekendy w górach. |
