Desk clerk was friendly though not empowered to serve customers One of the 5 illuminated stars on the drive through canopy was burned out. This should have been a warning. It was advertised with an airport shuttle but there was only an expensive taxi. Cleaning people trumping desk clerks is always a bad sign.SUV sized hair dryer had no power and the AC barely put a dent in the warm summer night's temps. |

Our stay at the Crown Piast hotel and park was real luxury. The surroundings were lovely, the staff friendly and helful and the hotel clean, modern and well kept. The food was very good and all good value for money. Although it meant a short taxi ride into town it was a haven away from the hustle and bustle. |

The service staff was multilingual and kind. They were attentive and helped with our luggage on the way out. The hotel was fine. However, there are some areas which should be worked on for the hotel's benefit. First of all, the international standard is to have information in the bathroom saying: "Washing towels causes a lot of pullution, etc." and wastes hotel money, "so please put the towels you want replaced in the bath tub or on the floor and put towels you want to keep hanging." Secondly, when we were there, some French people stole away into the night without paying for their rooms. All hotels we have been to scan passports onto their computer and cross check the passports with other identification. Furthermore, a deposit from Credit Card or Cash should be kept so that people do not skip out on payment. Do this and save money! |

This was a quiet, very nice hotel with a friendly staff, a nice walk-around area. Travel to other parts of the city should be by taxi rather than walking. Hotel looks new. Have to go through a small industrial section which at first questions the quality of the hotel. However, I found the hotel to seem to be secure and high quality. |

Hotel rooms were good and park at hotel was nice. It was quite far from city centre. And you did not mention how far it was from city and how to reach the hotel by bus or tram. |

A nice, clean and comfortable hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. I had a relaxing time there sitting by the pond and sipping G&Ts..... The food was very good too. Location - a little out of the way at 5km outside Krakow |

Hotel ist in mitte einen schönen Parkanlage gelegen, allgemain ist dieses Hotel sehr ruhig Alte TV und Möbel und auch ales in Zimmer ohne Geschmak eingerichtet |

Muy buenas camas individuales. De 110 o 120 de ancho cada una. Habitación correcta. Quizás algo inferior a un 5 estrellas nomal pero buena y limpia. Jardines muy bonitos.Buen trato. Muy tranquilo. Está a las afueras de la ciudad asi que es recomendable llevar coche de alquiler. Además, el desayuno es un poco regular- El zumo ni siquiera es de tetra brick sino que es en polvo. Malísimo. |

Das Hotel hat eine freundliche Atmosphäre, ist sehr auf Sauberkeit bedacht und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Nach meiner Meinung kann man dieses Hotel nur insofern verbessern, dass das Wellnessangebot um einen Pool erweitert wird. |

Położenie, genialny ogród za oknem, nawet kukułka z rana kukała :D:D Pomimo niewielkiej odległości od centrum hotel leży w pięknej okolicy, zza okien widać pięknie rysujące się lasy i pagórki. W środku wszystko czyściutkie, obsługa miła i bezproblemowa.Szybki internet!:) Wszystko było super ale mogła by być jakaś choinka zapachowa w toalecie albo jakiś odświeżacz. |

Die Nähe zu Krakau, der Stadt. Das sehr schöne Hotel, die gute Bedienung sowie das ganz gute Essen, welches uns auch bei später Ankunft um 22 Uhr angeboten wurde. Hervorragend! |

Przede wszystkim piękne otoczenie hotelu.. piękne ogrody! Super obsługa - bardzo mili i kulturalni ludzie służący pomocą w każdej chwili! Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej bogatsze jak na ***** hotel. Lepsze powinny być soki owocowe- podkreślam soki a nie napoje. |
