Excellent small hotel , very clean , nice rooms , decent breakfast , great value for money at price we paid . Great location in quiet side-street in the heart of Krakow Jewish quarter yet only 2 mins from a variety of bars/restaurant . Our opinion best summed up by all 5 of us agreeing it would be 1st choice next time we visit Krakow . Didn't prove an issue to us as so many options nearby but bar/lounge in the hotel would be an asset.

Hotel was very good. Its location in the Jewish quarter was perfect for plenty bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was immaculate and the breakfast room was also very clean and the breakfast itself was nice and more than adequate to set you up for a days sightseeing. The hotel organised various trips for us and we found their prices to be reasonable and anything we booked the drivers they use were always prompt and friendly. Would not hesitate to return to Hotel David and recommend to friends.

Our room was very nice, clean, modern furnished, quite big (room 34), total enough for 2 persons. The bathroom was very clean, and I liked, that tea, coffee and mineral water was in the room price included. Breakfast was also excelllent.

Impeccably clean hotel with alot of detail to interiors, couldnot fault with it at all except for the limited spread at th breakfast table. I guess u can only expect that considering it is a small boutique kinda hotel

The location, it is situated in the old town. The room was very small. We booked a double room and the room was more like a single with two small beds squeezed in. The sheets didn't fit the bed the room was cold and felt bit damp . the hotel can be noisey everything echoes.

Hotel David was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for our evening plans, Starka restaurant being one of our favourites and a short walk away. The main square in Krakow was only about ten minutes walk. Breakfast was ok but if we stayed there any more than three nights it would have been a bit repetitive, not much to choose from on the hot plate.

The location and the breakfasts were first class - lots of lovely reasonably priced restaurants/small pubs and cafes nearby. The receptionists were very helpful and made our stay a v pleasant experience. Nothing.....fairly small and basic but clean and secure. No complaints.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a really nice stay the staff were friendly and the rooms very nice, there was a kettle and bottled water in the room which was very refreshing at the end of a long day, in a good location. I recommend the sight seen tour around the gettos and shindelers factory, Because all the buildings look alike and its so built up we kept getting lost but taxis are so cheap u can go anywhere for a couple of euros

I liked the proximity to the Jewish district in Krakow and also it was within walking distance of the town square. The location cannot be faulted. Breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly. All the facilities were very good indeed and good value for money. It has been recently opened so all furnishings are of a high standard and the bathroom, tea making facilities and helpfulness of staff were all superb! The decor and the rooms are somewhat dark - perhaps trying to emulate the 'Jewish' aspect of the hotel? There was lots of dark wood furniture which was a shame and the lighting was fairly subdued. I feel that rooms could be brightened with lighter walls and still retain the 'old world' feeling of the hotel. There was also a fair amount of noise from the street but that is to be expected due to the location near to the square. In short, brighter lights and walls!

We liked the quiet location within the city and its convenience to the areas of Krakow in which we were interested. The room was tiny and cramped and the two single beds were placed at angles to each other (better perhaps for singles who don't normally sleep together). Due to some problem in the a/c (we think) there was a buzzing noise in the room during the night that caused us to have to change rooms at two in the morning. We switched again the next day, forcing us to cut short a museum visit. To the credit of the staff, they were gracious in responding to our complaint and accommodating our need for another room. I did have the sense that the buzzing noise (perhaps a switch on the a/c due to the high demand?) was something the staff was aware of from the past. Ironically, the buzzing noise was more of a nuisance because the hotel was so quiet overall and is in such a cozy location off any main plaza or thoroughfare.

“Fantastic hotel, best I have stayed in for a long time, room was excellent, breakfast was fab, staff - nothing was too much trouble for them. Location was great only 10mins walk from the Old Town and the Castle and for the evening we were just round the corner from square in the Jewish quarter that had all the restaurants.
