It is quite far from airport and you should walk 20-30 minutes or use hostel's car (20 zl)

Your wifi did not work in my room . I needed it and was very disappointed.

Very closed to the airport, the room with satisfing dimensions, very clean and very quiet - also the restaurant was quite good (no many choices but enough for a dinner during working days) - huge and confortable parking for free in front of the hotel

the wifi is weak in the room provide also more international channels on the tv, I do not understand polish and 5 days of only bbc world is annoying

Close to the airport with clean rooms with free wlan and cheap shuttle service. I have had a room with half pension and due to my very early departure at 4:00 am they offered me me a lunch package instead of breakfast. The diner was good especially the Greek salad; the dressing was absolutely fantastic. For a hotel quite cheap wine (nearly everywhere in Poland wine is expensive).

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed, big shower :) Tasty breakfast!

Close to the airport (about 3km) but not close enough to reach the hotel on foot. You have to take a taxi (about 15pln). Tv remote control didn't work.

Absolutely awful pillows! Too thick, neck hurting and in no way pliable to your head small bed tiny room for a family size transport to/from the airport was supposed to be free - had to pay for it going back

Excellent location (we were landing late in Katowice and it's less than 1 km from the airport), excellent value for money, free wifi in the room, large and modern bathroom, good buffet breakfast. Very nice personnel

your receptionist at arrival was extremelly helpful, efficient and friendly. Well done!

Staff were excellent. I hired a room to conduct interviews and I couldnt fault the help. Everyone spoke good English. Food was good.

Great location at the approach to the airport, next to BP station so good for topping up fuel before car rental return. Very good deal for our 3 people booking (could even accommodate a 4th person at no extra charge, but this would be very cramped). Clean. Flat screen TV.

Room rather small for 3 people. No iron in the room. Apparently the breakfast is not good value for money but I haven't had the time to try. The hotel is off the main road so the approach could be slightly clearer marked when I arrived at midnight.

Hotel staff very helpful, good English, airport shuttle on demand even with late airplane arrived in the middle of the night, good dinner food, rooms are cleaned, quiet place

Very few small enhancements could be done - translate hotel documentation in the rooms to English, more variety in breakfast buffet for people who stay several nights, wifi connection could be more robust / permanent.

zbyt mały telewizor nie taki jak w opisie , jedzenie dobre ale stosunek ceny do jakosci nie taki.

Les petites "attentions" mises à disposition (thés, cafés, eau, bouilloire...). Le restaurant excellent ! L'accessibilité pour l'aéroport (navette à 5€) ! 19,5/20 !!!

все добре. співвідношення ціна-якість прекрасне. акуратно, затишно, комфортно. Ідеальний варіант для тих, хто чекає на авіарейс - до аеропорту можна навіть пішки дійти.

ontbijt uitgebreid. ligging tov vliegveld gunstig. ophaalshuttle vanaf en naar het vliegveld voor 20 zloti ,snel en goed.

slecht 2pers.bed,te zacht en te bol. geboekt voor 4 pers,dus plus extra bed ,wat kregen we ? 3 bedden voor 4 personen ?? 3de persoon op harde bedbank. 4de persoon op de 2 rugleuningkussens plus 2 rugleuningkussens uit de gang ? beddegoed delen.
