Beautiful room, very clean and spacious jst one tea and one coffee in the room.And when i asked for more its looked like it was a big problem, and when i got it it was only one coffee without the milk and sugar :( Not happy.And restaurant staff needs to improved, very slow and disorganized, food only ok |

The room was comfortable and the initial impression of the hotel's facilities was a good one. The hotel was very difficult to find using public transport.We were under the impression that it was a business hotel located where it was for ease of access to the airport but public transport was difficult from this location.The hotel was then invaded by a large ,ill-mannered, school group from Norway who imposed their presence on everyone.This is not what you would expect in a hotel classed as a business hotel. |

Food, esp breakfast was excellent. Staff v friendly and the room was comfortable. Was very had to find and in the middle of an industial/office area. Staff very nice but lacking in atmosphere. Handy for airport but miles away from town centre |

The staff are really nice and aim to please. The food in the restaurant in the evenings is absolutely fantastic, we ate there a few nights.. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. It was a very quiet hotel, so if your looking for a relaxing time it's perfect.. It was quite far out from the town, it cost around 20-30 zlotys to get in, and it was a 5km walk in. It cost a little more to get to the airport, I think it was around 45 zlotys. It is also situated in a business district, this didn't bother me but if you are planning on staying in the hotel for a holiday, there's nothing around it to do.. |

The privacy was excellent...if you wanted communication it was there....if you wanted to be left alone..your privacy was respected..the uniformed male behind the desk was exceptionally helpful..ordering taxis..offering info etc. I had ameal in the restaurant..I sent it back because it wasn't cooked enough..absolutely no problem....it came back still bleeding (steak)..also they had 'sprinkled'...it was overpowering...some flavouring or herb over the complete meal..I sent it back and declined offer of ordering something else....I ate absolutely nothing of this meal...it was assigned to my room no. |

Close proximity to the airport and then it is not far from the city either. Good stopping point for Wroclaw visits. Good buffet breakfast (included in price) is served in the morning. The stuff was courteous. The room was very well appointed.Good all around experience. Poor lighting in the corridor (3rd floor) |

Its a business hotel and the location is equi-distant between the airport and city centre but you do feel like you are stuck in no mans land with nothing entertaining within walking distance. However taxis are cheap and plentiful so its very fit for purpose and cheap by UK standards. |

The cleaniness of the rooms, and my company. The breakfast was great. Yes, there was a lot of banging, builders working very near the restaurant so we couldnt enjoy our meal there. And television reception was going out all the time so we couldnt watch the telly most of the time. |
