czystość, Swieżość budynku, dobre wyposażenie pokoju, łazienka wykonana w wysokim standardzie i miłej kolorystyce,otwieralne okna! dobra komunikacja wewnętrzna,śniadania smaczne urozmaicone,obsługa miła, sprawna, smaczna kuchnia restauracyjna. brak radia w pokoju,ale rzadko jest też w innych hotelach |

Die Spa Abteilung ist super.Schnelle Termine alles sauber und ordentlich gut ausgebildetes Personal. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und sauber eingerichtet.Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Im Empfangsbereich fehlt ein wenig die Gemütlichkeit alles sehr Hallen mäßig. Das Kaffee war geschlossen und eine kleine Bar fehlt noch aber es ist ja ein neu eröffnetes Hotel da wird vielleicht noch was gemacht. |

bardzo ładny pokój narożny, hotel przestrzenny i układ dobrze przemyślany, obsługa widać nowa ale się stara :) strzał w kolano , jeżeli chodzi o kolorystykę budynku, wygląda jak stare kamienice w wschodniej części Berlina, wyremontowane na bajer |

tolle zimmer, super frühstücksbuffet, tolles schwimmbad, strandnähe optimal, essen a la card sehr gut, getränkeauswahl große klasse freundlichkeit der mitarbeiter,bis auf wenige ausnahmen, sauna-salzgrotte viel zu klein für hotelgröße, verständigungsprobleme, da kaum deutsch und gar kein endlisch geprochen wird, garage gebührenpflichtig, obwohl nicht wirklich fertiggestellt, zu-und ausfahrt wird vom empfang manuell betätigt und ist oft mit langen wartezeiten verbunden, sicherheitsbestimmungen= kein telefon im schwimmbereich, kein hinweis auf absatzstufen, hygienevorschriften fehlen im saunabereich, kaum kleiderhaken in diesem bereich, im restaurant kaum geschultes personal |

Sambon uppskattade SPA-delen och tyckte det var bra behandlingar som erbjöds. Det var en fräsch miljö på hotelet för den som gillar den mera rena stilen vilket vi gör. Bra frukost. Hade gärna sätt att polen varit utomhus med solstolar samt en fräschare utomhusmiljö gärna med bar/restaurang. |

kein meerblick, in der hotelbeschreibung war angegeben dass das hotel 200 meter vom strand entfernt sei, es waren ca. 500 meter! |

Personel zupełnie nie przygotowany - kwalifikacje skandalicznie niskie jak na poziom hotelu (4 gwiazdki). problemy z wyposażeniem pokoi (ręczniki, herbata, itp). Śniadania - beznadziejny serwis personelu, jedzenie niesmaczne i wyjątkowo niechlujnie podane |

la piscine, la possibilite de massages, des installations neuves, une gqstronomie a la carte imaginative pour le pays le manque d organisation ou de supervision efficace par un responsable: nettoyage de la chambre oubliee, locaux annexes a la piscine au nettoyage approximatif, installations deja hors d usage ( flexible de douches a la piscine ) |

Brandneu eröffnet mit wirklich bestem Konfort vorallem hoher Standard super Poollandschaft mit Sauna; Wellnessanwendungen Beauty und alles was man so braucht; Tanz jeden 2. - 3- Abend zum Abendessen ( wohl typisch polnisch?) war super gut Besucht! Essen hoher Standard keine grosse Portionen Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig Leider kein frisches Obst beim Frühstück; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den 3 Shops (noch) übersichtlich.Es wird noch gebaut --- aber es war überhaupt nicht störend. Beschreibung von Telefon/ Fernsehen etc. auf dem Zimmer nur in polnisch Sprache des Empfangs (englisch oder deutsch) ist noch ausbaufähig |

Der Schwimmbadbereich war sehr schön. Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des gesamten Hotels war sehr gut. Das Schwimmbad sollte früh zeitiger öffnen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist eine Katastrophe, keine Salate, kein Obst, zu wenig Auswahl allgemein, die Tische werden nicht oder nicht schnell genug abgeräumt, das schmutzige Geschirr türmt sich auf den Tischen, es gibt zwar viel Personal, aber das ist sehr jung und hat auch nicht sehr viel Lust zur Arbeit. |
