Spacious room and bathroom, free water tea and coffee. Close to Magnolia Shopping Centre, tram stop close by, friendly polite staff.
Bit noisy early morning, due to close proximity to main road but didn't spoil my stay.
All office/reception staff speaks English, room size is good although facilities are basic, there is no bath only shower and TV has no English speaking channel. It only takes about 10 mins walk to the biggest shopping centre in Wroclaw plus a very large DIY store next to it which is not a bad location apart from it is quite a distance to the city centre. If it was not for the noise issues I experienced during my stay, I would recommend this hotel to people who want to stay away from the tourist centre and who want to experience the local life a bit.
Requested on booking to have a room away from noise, and then was given a room on ground floor on arrival which is also the closest room to a busy main road, even worse was that the room had building scaffoldings right outside the windows and building workers were making noise outside. Complained to the check in staff immediately but was told it was the only one left. Could not stay inside the room due to noise even after the early flight journey and had to find somewhere to go. Returned there late afternoon and mentioned about the noise to the night shift staff again who reallocated me a room on the 1st floor and a little away from the main road but still had scaffolding and building works right outside the windows and building works started from around 7am each day during my stay. Opposite to my room is to the main stairs with people walking up and down all day long until late night. There was a kind of party on the group floor in one evening until pass midnight, their music and talking were very loud and I could still hear it inside my room with the door closed.
This hotel deserves good rating but it is located in very noisy place and for us this one thing nullifies all good features it has :(
Very noisy surroundings - wide road with noisy and annoying traffic sounds. It was very disappointing.
close to shops and restaurants, went for surgery here
2 young men tryed to rob me in the old town be carefull on your own
Perfect budget hotel, equivalent to say Premier Inn in the UK. Spacious modern rooms. Staff very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Trams, buses and taxi's immediately outside. Small park opposite the hotel entrance. Only 10 minutes walk to Magnolia Park shopping centre for anything you need (big Tesco there too). On the airport side of the city to save transfer cost and time.
Some traffic noise despite good quality double glazing, but that's to be expected next to the main road. Not bad enough to interupt sleep.
Easy to access by car, parking was no problem, good connection to city centre, nice big rooms.
The selection for breakfast was somewhat less generous than on the picture but still fine.
Spacious and comfortable room. Large, clean bathroom. Good bufet breakfast.
Lack of private parking. Parking available only on the street.
The room is very big and clean. It has hairdryier and everything you need.
The receptionist did not speak English, but we managed finally to understand each other. There are not so many parking places.
The room was perfect with plenty of space and very well-equipped. Nice, helpful staff. Tram-lines nearby made it easy to overcome the distance to the city center
It was almost impossible to find a parking place before checking-in. A backyard area was then offered, ok I guess, but still it could have been better.
