booked a single person room and actually got a double bed room which was roomy - WiFi worked fine and fast, there is a TV inside the room - everything was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, toilets/baths also tidy and clean - there is a kitchen but i didnt really took use of it - staff was friendly - location also nice, sure its not in the middle of the main square but its really not far, walk to the wawel castle is like 10 mins max - furthermore the area is quiet so u wont have problems to fall asleep :D so all in all nice stay, no complaints and also really affordable
was a bit cold because the window problem
Room was large and comfy! Staff helpful! Toilet clean! I will be staying again! 10/10
Food was nice and size of rooms. There was always plenty of hot water.close to plaza.
I booked a double room with a private bathroom and it was perfect. Lovely beds (they are shaped like a bath but soooo comfy) good sized room, nice bathroom fab heating
The staffs are helpful and friendly. The hostel is easy to reach from the airport and only like ten minutes walking to the city centre There is a shop just besides the hostel. The room and bathroom are clean, tidy and smell good. Very impressive. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit.
The sheets and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast.
Other guests closed doors very loudly, so the noise from the corridor at night was quite high.
Highly recommend this hostel, close to the city centre, clean. Friendly and helpful staff :)
The food market out the door and left was wonderful for breakfast every morning for fruit, bread/cake and cooked sausage (also sold household goods). The airport bus (we discovered after we arrived) stops a few hundred meters away in front of the Cracovia shopping centre. Overall value for money was amazing. Would recommend to all our friends.
The market wasn't open on Sundays. The breakfast option isn't really worth it (especially given the presence of the market and the free tea/coffee in the kitchen). To be honest these are nitpicks as staying there was a great experience.
staff very help full and informative 15 minute walk to main square very good price
small room ( number 7 ) washing machine outside bedroom door traffic noise with window open (room was very hot )
- Spacious and nice rooms; - Attractive location near Wawel Castle; - Great staff; - Really good internet connection; - Cleanliness; - Familial atmosphere.
- I couldn't stay more.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, bathrooms were cleaned on a regular basis, very strict no-smoking policy, well-equipped kitchen, very good wifi connection, supermarket around the corner, bus station to airport very closeby, distance to market square is not the closest but certainly walkable
Carpet in my room was a bit dirty, matrass and pillow were too thin for me, so not very comfy. Walls are quite thin (and creaky floor) so you can hear all of your neighbors, if someone is being loud at 2 in the morning it probably will wake/keep you up, especially if your room is close to the toilets or kitchen
Good wifi. 1min walk to a mini supermarket. Very frinedly and helpful staff. I travelled alone but they proided me a room with two beds. Day tour booking servises. Good price.
Breakfast not included. Over 20 mins walk to the old town. 5-10mins walk to bus station. No kettle inside room.
The location was good, cleaning. Good space for breakfast, quite calm. You can have a good night to rest.
There's no double bed, I have asked before, they just put two single beds together.
The staff was really helpful and helped us look up some ways to get to the airport, bus tables and booked our trip to birkenau. It was 10-15 min walk to the middle of Krakow and it was a small marketplace just by the hostel. Both supermarket and liquir store were just around the corner. There were a shopping centre 5 min away from the hostel but we never went in, I don't know if it was good but it looked okay. We had our own bathroom which I recommend and we bought our own breakfast every day.
During the night it was hard to darken the room, the windows let in a lot of light and we could not cover them easily. The balcony had some mold on it which were a litte disgusting and there was no safe in the room to lock in your valuables.
Very good hostel, inexpensive, great location, soft bedding and excellent cuisine, I recommend !!!
Clean beds, silence at night and good location.
We arrived at the hostel at night with kids and baggage and the lady at the reception gave us our key but didn't even show us to our room and didn't even turn on the light in the hall. There was no dishwasher in the kitchen and since everyone had to wash up after themselves the dishes in the cupboard were filthy. My three year old daughters fingers got stuck in between the spaces in the chair. We had major difficulty to set her free.
Nice hostel near the city center, the room was clean. Good deal for the price.
It was very close to the Old Town and we can walk over beautiful riverside. I really liked that they had WIFI connection and it was very good. The staff was nice and they spoke English.
It is a very old building and it is a little scary when you go home at night. They don't really have new things so it should be renoved soon. We got the room in front of the kitchen and it was very loud. We could not sleep because there were some young people who were shouting. In the morning we got up as somebody tried to wash the dishes. And I think you should not have that room in front of the kitchen because there is always a time when somebody cooks something!
Noisy walls, some appliances are old/broken.
great atmosphere great value for money great staff clean place good mattresses pretty close to the castle clean and good common spaces pretty safe parking very nice smell all around the interior common computer and free wifi
the keyboard from the common computer the entrance hall looks strange in the dark the parking lot was a bit dirty
Near to city center and river. There is a supermarket around the corner. 24h reception, quiet and good tram/bus services.
We were there in 20th of July. There was everything ok with the hostel & apartment, wifi works good. Personal in very kindly, thanks to girl for that. Not far from The Stare Mesto and from the center of Krakow. If you like walking, it will be ok for you.
In the room was no fresh air. In the bathroom should be something for feet. Also there are dirthy wc, small & dark rooms, dirty scaf & table.
Great wifi, wonderful friendly staff, location isn't far from old city for great price.
Comfortable beds, lots of hot water, decent breakfast, friendly staff, secure parking.
Not enough bathrooms for the number of people trying to use them.
