staff were very friendly, proffesional and attentive to my needs and also spoke excellent English altthough only 5 miles from airport still cost 70 Zloty for a cab |

We like the the classical design and a comfort. Very friendly staff and tasty and beautyful restaurant. It's not so often that somone took care of all the detiles. Attract more guest for restaurant. We didn't like to be there like the only ones. |

The hotel was wonderfully decorated, free wireless internet was available in the lovely lounge, and the breakfast was just delightful. It only takes about 15 minutes to get to the strict city centre and the transport links are very good. |

Wondeful attention of the personal of the hotel. Room and bath are clean, new and very confortable. Location of the hotel is not in the city center, but you have the tram and the bus very close to the hotel. |

nice hotel with friendly staff. well-priced luxury experience with fantastic breakfast. free wifi and car parking a huge plus .would stay again. i wish it was closer to the center of old town (easily walkable), because we had to go back and forth a lot for business calls. however, it was an easy 10 minute walk to the tram and just a few stops from sites (the tram is clean and easy). still a good location and the amenities were worth it. would recommend. |

The relaxed atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. Also the food at the hotel was amazing as well as the wine of the month! A little far out of town, but didn't take long or cost much in a taxi (approx £4-£6) |

Very pleasant atmosphere, quiet location, very nice rooms. Great value for the price, in particular respect to the hotels in the center of the city. I would surely recommend it. It is not in the center (walk+short tram ride), just be aware of it before booking. |

Exellent and luxury hotel with old tradition and reasonable price. Very nice hotel personal with very good english. 10 min. walk from hotel a tram stop to the city center taking about another 10 min. to get there. Night bus stop 3 min. walk from the hotel. Recommended arrival/departure by car from direction Katowice. |

Everything....I especially liked the free bottle of wine from management due to the fact they were going to be having a wedding reception at the hotel during our first night. It was a way of saying sorry ahead of time if the wedding party is too loud. Nice touch. Very proactive. |

After a hectic day in the city center, we treasured our return to the Hotel Dwor Kosciuszo located at the edge of a charming park. The rooms were comfortable, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. On one of the nights of our stay a wedding party booked the restaurant for their reception - we found a bottle of wine and a letter of apology for the inconvenience on the coffee table in our room. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful stay in Krakow. |
