Food & wine excellent

I felt I was the univited guest to the numerous weddings that take place here. Understandably it will be choosen for the great food and wine, but the wedding parties take over at night with loud music etc. The woods adjacent were used for a cycling event and roads were closed at certain times making it terribly inconvienient to exit the grounds and staff were unaware of this to forewarn their guests. I had only booked one room via booking.com and telephoned ten days in advance to extend it by one further night. Communication was very poor due to language barrier and therefore the hotel were not expecting us on the first night. They did upgrade us to a juinior suite at the cost of a double room.

ALthough the food in the dining room was worth the price, the price was high, and there were few options for a light meal at lower cost

Very beautiful area, very good staffs

The surroundings are beautiful and the service is excellent. The food in the restaurant is very good. The rooms are big and spacious. It's a perfect place if you want a calm, beautiful hotel near the Tricity - the taxi drive is just around 5 EUR to Sopot. Also good for kinds - they can run around in the wonderful garden.

There was no corcscrew in the room and no possibility of borrowing one from the reception - one had to go with the wine to the reception or call roomservice (they were being stolen by the guests, as I've been said). There is only one person doing the spa treatments so there is no possibility of getting two treatments at one time (not good for girl trip) and the only girl is not good at manicure. The alcohol is quite expensive in the restaurant (100% margin compared to shop price and also far more than other top restaurants are charging). Apart from that - everything perfect.

Czysto, schludnie, miła obsługa, dobre śniadania. Hotel położony na zaciszu. Polecam wszystkim.

Cadre exterieur entouré de verdure très agreable. Calme.

Personnel de l'hotel très bas de gamme. Majorité de jeunes inexperimentés ce qui fini par poser des problemes pour le sejour lui même. Receptioniste incompetente. Service de pdj très desagreable : Pletore de jeunes circulant autour de vous mais pour obtenir du café il a fallu que je me leve et que m'adresse à 2 personnes differentes. Lors du repas du soir, j'avais indiqué mon n° de chambre à la reception du restaurant. A la fin du repas tout le monde avait diparu occupés à d'autres taches et ne tenant plus compte de la presence des clients. J'ai rejoins ma chambre. Ont suivi tel dans la chambre, remontrances , eh oui remontrances, le lendemain au petit dejeuner. On est très loin d'une categorie 5 etoiles avec 1600 sl la chambre. Le mobilier de l'ensemble est tres "cheep" type supermarché, des cloisons de doublage partout, une ventilation de sdb à la limite du suportable en bruit Etc... Dommage pour un batiment qui se veut ancien. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hotel. Il y bien mieux aux alentours.

Mir hat die Lage nicht gefallen. der Abstand zum Flughafen sollte nicht groß sein, aber es hat 25 minuten per Taxi gebraucht.

ruhige Lage in gepflegter Anlage, sehr schöner Schwimm und wellnessbereich, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr schönes Restaurant.
