Just a 5 minute walk from the Wawel Castle, the 3-star Hotel Secesja offers air-conditioned rooms with a minibar and free Wi-Fi. A large and varied buffet breakfast is served daily.

The 3-star Hotel Maksymilian is in a 19th-century building situated less than half a mile from the Kraków’s Main Market Square. It features rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with satellite channels....

This little hotel is just off the main square of Kazimierz district. The square has several good restaurants where we ate three nights. You can also get exposure to Klezmer music at some of the restaurants. We had room 121which had a large living room with couches, desk, TV and frig--plenty of room for our large suitcases and carryons for packing at the end of our trip. Beds were pretty firm but we slept well as the neighborhood is quiet. Staff were very helpful booking our Auschwitz tour and airport transport for us. Always pleasnt and upbeat! Good breakfast buffet in their cozy grotto style dinning area.
My only complaint was the windows. The room is nicely furnished with sheer curtains nd drapes at the windows. However, the drapes are decorative and can't be drawn so no way to block morning light or feel true privacy.
There was a very welcoming atmosphere; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel was very attractive and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Could not fault anything!
Staff were friendly and happy to assist with any enquiries. The room had character and was very comfortable and cosy. We loved the atmosphere of Krakow and highly recommend Hotel Eden!
They do not make the beds properly. They just pull up the top sheet and cover and leave the bottom sheet in the same condition as when you got up. Also they are not much incline to change the towels.
The front desk staff were effecient, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were quite large and the cold buffet breakfast was freshly prepared and had an adequete choice. The hotel was next to a square with a choice of eateries and only a 15 min walk from Krakow main square.
The best thing about this hotel was that i booked at double room and i was given a suite. This was unexpected. We also arrived before checking in time and our room was ready. The breakfast, though only continental was adequate. The staff were very friendly and informative, especially when directing me to the Ghetto. This hotel is south of the main 'Old Town' which was in walking distance and also south over the river to Shindler's Factory and The Ghetto. All in walking distance. I have recommended this hotel already to family and work collegues.
Could not find any fault.
Excellent location, very friendly stuff. Good breakfasts. Calm neighbourhood.
I liked the location just around the corner from the old synagogue and the square with all it's resteraunts, it's staff are very friendly the cellar breakfast room is very nice , it gas a sauna and a salt room you can hire.and it's only a 20 minute stroll into Krakows old market square and wawell castle.
the only thing i would say is that there are no coffee and tea making facilities in the room which i think would be a benefit to the guests if this was added.
Excellent location - in the heart of the Jewish Quarter and also walking distant from the Main Square. Many cool pubs and restaurants around. Very friendly staff who made sure I could have a double bed.
Breakfast could be better.
i hardly ever want to spend time in a hotel breakfast room or bar. but at hotel eden both of them were as comfortable as any other restaurant or bar in the district. the room was small, but again it was really nice to be in. i even enjoyed walking down the hallways.
Amazing staff Good location Very clean
poor wifi connection very noisy outside at night
Central position in a charming typical neighborhood Very friendly staff Clean and accommodating rooms Simple but good quality breakfast Overall a familiar but very professional atmosphere
The location, the room, the friendly stuff, the breakfast. Wonderful experience.
authentic medieval Jewish surroundings, and a real rabbi living in the next room :D
My favorite old-fashioned restaurant nearby was changed into a stupid Grill bar full of football idiots. But this has nothing to do with the hotel!
Very friendly and helpful staff. rooms were clean and airy and the breakfast was was also fresh and plentiful. Located in Kazimierz it is in a fairly quiet location but within a short walk of the main square.
Location and friendly helpful staff
Air con in room would have been nice
Food excellent. Rooms excellent. All staff were friendly, polite, helpful and efficint
Large, clean room. Breakfast was good on two days out of the three we stayed. Location is excellent. Fridge in room was useful. Some staff were very friendly.
No air conditioning. No tea and coffee making facilities in room, and the water ran out in the communal facilities room. Breakfast on first day of our stay was very poor as all the buffet space was being used for a group of young people to make their packed lunches and there was no choice of food for us that day. Was disappointed I was unable to use the salt grotto at a time that suited me as the receptionist said she could not leave reception to take me to it (a different receptionist the previous day had said I could use it any time). One receptionist shouted at me because I tried to close the hotel door and when I was trying to explain that my taxi was early and I wasn't quite ready for it. A shame, as most staff were very pleasant. Wifi reception did not extend to the third floor where our room was.
Excellent location. Fairly priced.
WiFi wonky at times. Shower stall VERY small. Not suitable for larger person. Very uncomfortable
The hotel is in an excellent location in the old Jewish district of Krakow. It has a personal touch, quiet, clean with an excellent breakfast - a unique old style hotel
This is a small, clean and friendly hotel in a quiet location close to some good bars in the Jewish Quarter. The staff are exceptionally helpful and efficient. The rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel is spotless. Breakfast is well stocked and offers a range of bread, cereals, cheese and yoghurt as well as juices, tea and coffee. I think this hotel is good value for money and I would highly recommend it.
The location in the middle of the jewish district and the very good breakfast
We booked a queen size bed room and we got two single beds, the receptionists were a bit unpolite and totally useless, you have to pay to use the sauna.
Great location, generous breakfast.
The bedding of one of the beds seems as not clean and the sheets were bloody. Even after complain in the reception they were not changed. The labyrinth of stairs makes the way to the room a challenge when coming with heavy suitcases.
